Para trabalhar com público sempre é bom ser bem recebido com um sorriso, 1 sorriso fala mais que mil palavras, recepção péssima, me senti parecendo que estava fazendo um favor para eles. Achei um absurdo ter que pagar para usar a sauna, achei também um absurdo ter que deixar um calção de 20 euros para usar ar condicionado e tv. Ficamos esperando até 9:30 da manhã o “ pequeno almoço “ que não é incluso e nada, não tinha ninguém no bar. O t0 era bem arrumado porém estava fedendo. Enfim experiências da vida.

Loved it!! Rooms and pool areas were spotless and staff were friendly. Only problem was the lift doesn’t work so I had to climb so many stairs to get my apartment.

Booked this for a girls holiday, hotel itself isn’t to bad just basic. Bar/restaurant smells all the time. Our room was full of flies too. Staff was shocking, never met such rude staff in all my life! Everything was a chore and done with a huff. They want a deposit for absolutely EVERYTHING…on top of the €300 deposit…even the basics which should be included in the price of the room like air con and to use the tv remote! Our room never got cleaned once, no new towels, no toilet roll refill. When we went to ask for more toilet roll they said we can have more when the cleaners come the next day and we had to pretty much beg to have some. We asked for new towels and they said as it was only our second day we’re not allowed new towels either.

Hotel nice, staff very friendly, good food and nice rooms. We stayed for 13days and not once did housekeeping clean our room. They replaced towels and brushed the floor but our bedsheets werent changed once or the beds werent made. One day i also found lots of ants under the bed and coming in through the walls and found all over my belongings. There was stains on my bedsheets before i even slept in them and the wifi was not good.

I wouldn’t recommend Choromar Hotel based on my recent stay. We were required to pay a 300 euro cash deposit upfront, and when we politely asked for a receipt, the lady at reception seemed visibly annoyed, which was unprofessional. The bathroom in our room smelled so bad that nobody could use it. We informed the receptionist, but nothing was done to fix the issue during our stay. On top of that, the front door lock was broken, and when I reported it, I was told I “just couldn’t do it right,” which was incredibly frustrating and dismissive. Another strange and inconvenient policy was that all rubbish had to be taken out by guests themselves—something I’ve never encountered in any hotel before. To make matters worse, we experienced bites from the bed, which can only be assumed to be bedbugs, making the stay uncomfortable and concerning. When checking out, we had to wait for an hour and a half for the room inspection, which felt unnecessarily long and poorly managed. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained, the staff quiet rude at times, and the experience was far below acceptable standards. Definitely not worth the money or hassle.

Just got back from a 4 night stay, weather was amazing, food was good here, 1 bar man was lovely but........reception staff was utterly rude, we got told we had to pay a deposit for our room which is fine 100 euros and we could pay by card, not so 100 euros cash only, 20 euros for remote for aircon and 20 euros for tv remote. We found blood stained underwear at the back of our wardrobe when we where packing to leave (picture attached) had to block all wholes in kitchen and bathroom and towel by front door so we didn't get visitors (cockroaches) lifts didn't work, very run down areas in all and around the pool area, and in rooms themselves. Not close to new or old town you need to get ubers to where ever you need to go very cheap though around 4 euros. I won't stay here again

Waiting on our transfer to the airport after a fabulous 5 days here in this hotel and we are so sad we are going home. We had a huge 1 bed pool view apartment with a lovely kitchen and bathroom. It looks like it was modernised recently. Perfect for our family of four that includes men sized boys. Pool was lovely but it could do with a few more sun loungers lol. In fairness we always managed to get beds. There were a couple of groups of younger folks. They were no bother, were very respectful and a bit of craic. Honestly it was an amazing few days largely due to all of the warm and friendly staff, in particular Maria, Graca and Julia. We can't wait to come back. Tip: Download uber or bolt for taxis and they cost approx 4euro to the *****.

The hotel staff were instantly rude just because we were young. Made us put down a €300 deposit between 5 and threatened if we made any noise ur kicked out assuming that we would be instantly disrespectful just from stereotyping us because of our age. They also told us to leave our key if we went out as it’s a 24hr reception. However, we left the key and got back at 5am to no one at the reception but our keys sat in the open with the reception door shut. Anyone could’ve stole them by prying the window open. Bar man shouted at my friend who just was grabbing some straws for the room to put them back. Overall the only good thing was the food was alright. DONT STAY IF UR YOUNG ADULTS it isn’t a vibe hotel like it says on Jet 2.
