I travel alone, it feels like home it's so peaceful and secure. The staff are very friendly and always there for you. The cleaning is very good. As a returning customer for over 5 years now I highly recommend it for value and location.

Just got back from 2 weeks at the hotel. On the plus side: the rooms are cleaned every day except Sunday. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Towels changed every 2 days and bed linen every 4 days. The cooking facilities were quite old but worked fine. The furniture was very tired looking but ok. The hotel is in a good location for supermarkets - intermarche about 200 metres and Aldi about a 10 min walk. There are a number of nice restaurants in close walking distance. On the downside: on our first week there was a large group of youngsters who were quite noisy but as they were not in our block did not really bother us. Unfortunately on our last 2 days another group of boys arrived (about 12 in total )and they were in the room next to us and below us. The first night they came back to the hotel at about 4 am they were shouting in the rooms and banging doors. We thought, ok first night we can accept, hopefully the next night which was our last night they maybe quieter - no chance. I know this is not the hotels fault but there are signs to keep quiet and the hotel’s bar and music stops at 10pm( I have completed a questionnaire and given it to the hotel staff). One other point to note. There is no lift so if you are on the second or third floor you have to carry your suitcases.(did not bother us but it maybe a problem for some).

Natura Algarve Albufeira was a great choice. It has everything we needed in the apartment with an additional welcome basket and cleaning supplies. We stayed here for 9 nights. Everyday there’s cleaning except on Sundays. We were on the ground floor facing the pool. There’s washing machine, stove, oven (although we were not able to use it). We also ate out quite a lot as well because there’s a lot of cafes and restaurants just outside. Although it’s quite far from the train station and the airport but it’s worth the trip. It’s also near the beach. The pool is not heated but good enough for a dip. They also have a children’s pool. The bar cafe has a good selection of drinks, food and even slush so we used our gift voucher of €10.

Just returned from a lovely week here, it is a lovely complex to stay for what they say is a studio we had an entrance hall a large room with twin beds a sofa and dining table and chairs, a large balcony overlooking the street above the reception area a separate well equipped kitchen and a bathroom . The staff were all very friendly we would certainly return in the future. Very good location for all amenities in the area.

Lovely stay we stayed for 5 nights room 127 huge room separate kitchen,front room 2 beds table/chairs tv, bedroom so spacious washing machine a bonus only downside you don't get sun on the balcony from 11/12 staff very friendly.great facilities and perfect location,food is good we found drinks a tad expensive to other hotels we have stayed in but would still return

What an amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived until we left we felt welcomed and appreciated. Pool and pool area are clean and well maintained, the rooms have everything you need and the cleanliness is exceptional. Location wise it’s perfect, nice little supermarket, bars and restaurants less than a minute walk. The main ***** is a 5-10 minute walk away and you can walk to old town or get the little tourist train if you’re brave enough. We had a great stay here with a little surprise by the lovely staff for my husbands bday which was really nice and much appreciated. Would definitely stay again if we were to come back.

Great location, close to local amenities, bus stops, plenty bars and restaurants. Short walk to sea front (up hill walking back). Nice clean accommodation, lovely bar area inside and out, plenty loungers around the pool area. Polite friendly staff who are more than willing to assist with your needs. Highly recommended, already booked for next year

Very nice experience from start to finish, reception staff very helpful and friendly, 100 Euro deposit has to be paid when you check in (refundable). Apartment was very clean with own balcony overlooking the pool, has all amenities, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and cutlery, crockery etc. Pool and surrounds are kept very clean and tidy and plenty of sun loungers. I would say the pool bar and food is a little on the expensive side but you don't have to eat or drink there. Loads of shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Beach is around 20 min walk as is "The *****". You do get hassled a bit by people stood outside of bars and restaurants trying to entice you in but you get used to it. Nice and quiet at night as it's tucked away from the main road. There is a wonderful Chinese all you can eat place around 20 mins walk away called Kingyo which is very good value. Plenty of places to sit and eat and drink at any time of the day and night. Teasers restaurant is also a nice place to eat we found, very friendly staff.

Absolutely loved this hotel All staff were very helpful & friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms.They were spotlessly clean.This hotel is very peaceful & relaxing Would highly recommended this hotel especially if you want a quiet holiday We loved everything about it and will definitely be returning. We went for 6 days in April and the weather was really hot. You have everything you need on your doorstep plenty of shops bars and restaurants all right by the hotel We literally can not wait to go back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
