We had a brilliant 5 night, self catering stay here in November & will defintley be back! The hotel was spotless & staff were so friendly, the indoor & outdoor pools were great and the hotel is in a central location so it's 15 minutes walk either direction to the old & new town. The hotel does look quite dated in parts however it doesnt effect the quality - the beds were comfy, the aircon worked well without been too noisy, the shower was outstanding and met all expectations. If your looking for a cheap winter sun holiday without anything too fancy then the hotel & resort have everything you need - can't find any faults with it. We will defintley be back again!

Great hotel, staff always on hand room was lovely clean and spacious we got it at a great price but noticed it had doubled. Would recommend for location wise as central to both towns taxis cheap enough.

Visited with a couple of friends last week, staying in a 1 bed apartment. Pros: Hotel clean and tidy Staff friendly and helpful (especially the young man on reception at night) Apartment serviced daily, comfortable beds and decent air con. Hotel about 10/15 monute walk from the beautiful old town of Albuferia and a 5 minute walk from a large supermarket (think big Tesco) Cons: I hate to write this but the hotel had lots of very large groups, some in excess of 40 people, who all reserved towels round the pool taking over large areas and who spent the days drinking and being very loud and annoying to everybody. Whilst I recognise the hotel cannot control who makes reservations these large groups made it uncomfortable for others and nobody from the hotel seemed bothered. Similarly these large groups made ALOT of noise at night, coming in at 2,3,4am and arguing and fighting, clearly drunk. These people spoilt the holiday for everyone staying there and sadly means that I won't be returning.

This did not feel like a 4 star hotel to me. The staff was very friendly, however the hotel seemed a bit run down. The rooms were spacious but outdated and dingy. I guess it isn’t bad for the price/if you are budgeting, but we ended up checking out a day early to stay somewhere nicer.

Highly recommend this hotel. Walking distance from old town for nice meals at night. Beautiful pool area, guests seem to be young, old, and families. The Staff are very helpful. Rooms are so clean and modern. Nothing to complain about, Very happy and we will be returning next year.
