Very nice good located hotel at front of the beach ,enjoyed the Sunrise and sunset, very nice helpful staff. Will for sure visit the place again.

We spent seven wonderful days at the Monicca Collection Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, with the all inclusive option from their partner hotel Muthu, part of the same group. From the very first moment we were warmly welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile with genuine smiles. We were delighted by the romantic room decoration prepared especially for our celebration, along with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. On our final day we were spoiled with a lovely platter of cold cuts and chocolates, a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly special. The bars were fantastic, offering a great selection of drinks and cocktails. We also loved the afternoon nibbles and sparkling wine served exclusively for Monicca guests, which added a touch of elegance and charm to our stay. The evening entertainment was enjoyable and created a very pleasant and lively atmosphere. Our room was spotless throughout our stay, and the view of the beach was absolutely stunning. Watching the sunset every evening was something we will never forget. The buffet food was excellent, although a bit more variety would make it even better. The à la carte restaurants also have room for small improvements in the dishes offered. A special thank you to Íris Hernanes from Muthu for her kindness and attention to every detail, and to the entire Monicca Collection team for making our stay so memorable. It was an incredible experience, and we would definitely love to return. 🌅✨

We were a group of 10 and were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were lovely, especially Stefan at reception. The rooms were cleaned every day. So close to the beach and to new town. Fab holiday.

I've traveling for quite a while and nowhere have I found the level of service that I found in this hotel. Starting with Ms. Carolina from the reservation department, Joana and Stefan from the reception, everyone is indeed amazing and really willing to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you so very much to the entire staff!

Stayed at this hotel in June and I really would give it a 5 stars as the service here was incredible, all the staff are friendly and help with anything you need, rooms are lovely and big exactly what I needed for a family of 4. Free wine and bits of food at the reception in the evening and desserts and all the free tea and coffee you will want.
