We are coming to the end of our 10 night trip at this hotel. We are staying in a standard double room and this has been very comfortable. Inside the hotel is beautiful! Beds in rooms are spacious and bed linen changed every day alongside new towels. Although we were staying on street view rooms there was only one night I was disturbed of sleep and this was very brief as people made their way back to their apartment building. There was always plenty options at breakfast and food was really lovely. I cannot comment on dinner as we did not have this included. Pool area is very relaxing and lots of loungers - although the music by the pool was really repetitive and by personal preference, we would have liked more variety as it became boring. Also, for a four star hotel a plug next to the mirror would have been expected? We had a really relaxing massage in the spa here too with a lovely view! The beach is close, lots of bars and restaurants around a 5-10 minute walk away. Old town is not far in a taxi. In our experience the staff were very helpful and if we were to return to this part of Portugal we would definitely consider here again!

There are relatively few buses in the Albufeira area, so it is still suitable for self-driving. The hotel has free parking, and the receptionist at the front desk is very enthusiastic and meticulous, introducing the surrounding attractions in detail. The size of the room is suitable, but the ventilation system is not very good and the room feels damp. The breakfast is very good, including fruit cake, smooth eggs, yogurt, etc., very rich.

Hotel is lovely when you walk in the door but the rest of the hotel is dated. In need of a total revamp. Room is clean, and well equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and a dishwasher and all utensils but no condiments. A lot of noise from crowds of men banging on doors late at night and loud voices. There is a total of 5 plugs in the room, only one that worked and this was the one for the kettle the rest was hidden by furniture and likely the reason they are hidden they don’t work, so was a nightmare if you needed electric for any more than 1 plug. With a teenager it was torture. We were half board but food wasn’t great, selection was poor of 4 hot choices. Meatballs, chicken legs, pasta with sauce separate and a cod pie. Tried the restaurant twice and was the same options both times. So don’t waste your money on half board. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Clay oven which is Indian before you get to the ***** and Golden garden Chinese at the bottom of the *****. Both meals were fantastic. Pool has lots of sun loungers but pool was freezing, there is a shed with a vending machine as the bar. We tried the indoor pool which was pleasant as it is slightly warmer, but you are made to wear a shower cap that they supply costing 4 euros, don’t understand why as it isn’t waterproof and the hat supplied is far from flattering. ***** is 5 mins away and old town is a 25 min walk both pleasant walks. We made the best of our holiday and used the hotel as a base, I’ve been to Albuferia 6 times now and will come back but to a different hotel

We did the Wowcher mystery holiday and ended up with this fabulous hotel ! The apartments and staff are incredible! The whole complex is very clean and tidy ! The food at the restaurant is very nice and plenty choice , the drinks at the bar have a great choice and I need to give a special mention to one member of staff who literally ran around and was an absolute super star our whole visit , he practically ran the restaurant and the bar single handedly the whole 4 days we was there , his name is Fabio

Breakfast buffet is super invincible and delicious! Especially fruit selection is especially great! The hotel will take the initiative to help parking is free. Hotel dinner is not recommended for single or buffet, the taste is very general, the ingredients are not too fresh. The sea view room has a beautiful sunrise view of the sea on the west side of the sunrise. Also saw the double rainbow! The on-site walking trail is also very convenient to walk to the sandy beach of Sao Rafeal. In the morning, it is empty and there is no one, just like enjoying a private beach. The only downside is that the spa is charged separately by number of people, and the free swimming pool also has to buy a swimming cap to enter.

I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning. The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault. I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away. A big shout out to Bruno very good cocktail and he gave me tips of places to eat out side. Beautiful and well maintained grounds. The facilities provided in the accommodations were very good, fridge, freezer, dish washer, cooker and microwave. The kitchen was in good condition and looked fairly new. However, sofa and other fittings looked worn and tired. The Accommodation is within a stone's through to the beach. Approximately 10 and 15 minutes stroll to the beach As we were slightly outside summer season. Only Bed & Breakfast option was provided. We found the range of food provided for Breakfast was to a good standard. Restaurant Staff were helpful and polite. The reception staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in giving us advice on things do and places to visit in Portugal.

Excellent location for access to the sea (Albufeira beach) and the cliffs. Center reachable in 15m via the beach but also with a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Nice swimming pool (chilly for the season). Excellent breakfast and quite variable buffet with extended hours. Structure a little dated, in particular the room (the neighbors' air conditioning is a little noisy and needs some revision)
