Nice staff, but the hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars Just 2 stars more than enough.

For Spa and pool u should pay additional money. Easy to park just in front of hotel.

Hotel 150 meters from the metro and/or bus, and therefore quickly in the center of Valencia. Breakfast tried once but I didn't think it was worth €9.50. There is a great breakfast/lunchroom around the corner. Swimming pool you need a bathing cap ;) beds nice sanitary facilities great hygiene is top! You can park your car reasonably in front of the door, there is a paid parking garage.

The room is very new, there is parking for only 10 euros a night, breakfast is 9.5 €, the dishes are rich, recommended!

This hotel has 2 subway lines and 1 bus line nearby. The transportation is convenient. The hotel's buffet breakfast and dinner are delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is free for guests to enjoy!

Very good location in relation to means of transport (bus 70 2 minutes away which goes to the city center) and the metro (3 minutes away, the metro goes to the airport, city center, etc.), shops nearby (mercadona , aldi,consum) The housekeepers are very kind and provide wonderful service.

The hotel facilities are very old, the front desk English is not very good, the attitude is average, there is a bar nearby, there will be noise at night.

The culture in Europe is indeed different from that in Asia. Drinking hot water is not provided in the room, and there is no one to install hot water in the restaurant. If you need hot water, you may need to pay attention.

The hotel is very new and the rooms are comfortable. It is not very central but you can get to the center in 10 minutes by bus. It has the beach very close. I recommend it.

Not as good as domestic express hotels. The service staff at the front desk are not proficient in English.
