The hotel is well located, being only 10-15 minutes from the train station and about the same to the old town and the cathedral. I liked that they’d made a rather plain building look prettier by planting window boxes of red geraniums. We were allotted a spacious room on the 3rd floor, (301) larger than the normal Ibis room and facing the front. Fairly quiet but we could hear a little bit of road noise and some noisy kids! There must be a school across the road. Enjoyed a complimentary welcome drink after we prompted the receptionist. Close to restaurants. We didn’t try the breakfast as there was a good bakery a couple of doors down.

Phone call to this hotel to get some details on the price of certain rooms. Deplorable telephone reception where I was sent back to the website. I had the impression of disturbing. Unworthy of a reception from the Accor group.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very well located, as it is a small town. Clean, beautiful and quite unusual room. The views, at least ours, are not the best from the room. But it is highly recommended. The best thing, the staff.

Smiling and efficient welcome, room 408 on the top floor, comfortable and quiet. Bedding with very comfortable mattress toppers. Parking under the hotel for 6 euros, where we were able to leave the car until the evening after returning the keys to the room. Excellent location for visiting the old town on foot. Hotel to recommend

Unfortunately we were only able to book one night, but the stay at the Ibis Albi was perfect. A very friendly receptionist checked us in when we arrived. He also gave us very helpful explanations of Albi and provided us with a city map and highlighted important tourist spots. Thank you again, unfortunately he wasn't there when we checked out. The hotel has its own underground car park, which is easy to park and there is a lift to the right floor. The whole hotel made a very clean and well-kept impression. The room, bathroom and everything was "tip-top". The beds were comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. Our room was on the 3rd floor and very quiet, especially as the hotel is on a very busy main road, which is an advantage as it is a short walk to the old town. This time we didn't have breakfast, even though it was a very good deal. We will choose this hotel again the next time we visit Albi. Highly recommended in any case.

Aprés de multiples déboires pour réserver par le biais de l'application All Accor j'ai enfin pu réservé une chambre problème de règlement alors que ma Banque est validé le paiement votre site me signalant que la réservation ne fut pas validée !!! ceci par 2fois ! A part cela RAS
