We used to stay on this hotel because it was a good price point and they had an amazingly warm hot tub. Not too hot, but definitely not cold. We know the breakfast is nothing to be desired, but it used to be fairly decent. My oh my how all of that has changed, sadly!! The hot tub was literally COLD!! Im talking not even lukewarm. We told the front desk and she said she'd "look into it." She walked into the control room for 30 seconds, walked out, stuck her hand in the water and actually jumped at how cold it was, turned around, told us it was 85 degrees and that was warm enough!! I'll guarantee it wasn't even 85 and if that is acceptable to you, wow is all I can say!! We asked for some compensation because that was 70% of the reason we booked with them again. They denied any and all compensation, never offered a free night once the hot tub is fixed, NOTHING!! We went down the next morning to see if it was warmer, nope. So if you're looking to relax in a HOT TUB, go out to Holiday Inn Express. If theres ever a problem with ANYTHING there, they will either fix it or comp it for you, no questions asked!! As far as the breakfast went, they hadn't even turned on the cappuccino machine, the juices tasted like they were 6 months expired, and the milk was most definitely rotten!! Again, they denied it and acted like thats how it was supposed to be. GROSS!!
