Slightly old fashion decoration but functional hotel, only steps from train station and in one of the few areas of Alberobello where you can park for free.
Breakfast is a bit scarce, should improve on that.

The room was ok, it's a small place so it's close to attractions. Although it is a world heritage site, it is too commercialized. I originally thought there was no charge for parking, but for some reason I was charged 5 euros.

Pros: amazing location, good stable WI-FI, reception open until 02:00, friendly staff speaks 4 languages.
Cons: Italian breakfasts in their repertoire 🤩

Short trip for a one night stop with my family, excellent hotel for its central location, the reception staff especially Gaetano and Francesco very helpful for any need, excellent breakfast and room above expectations....highly recommended, to return without a doubt..

The hotel is in a quiet location, a short walking distance from the center and the sights. Everything is very clean. The breakfast is nice. The staff is extremely kind and friendly.

No hot water for the shower. Dirty and aging shower. Clean room with old decor. Simple breakfast. Some foods were not very good including Honey which was very hard. No service.
The night employee looked down on us.
I asked him for a bottle of water to bring to the room and he said “YOU ARE GOING DOWN”.
I had to come and pick him up outside on the steps so he would pay attention to me.
No compensation for inconvenience,
apart from the city taxes offered.
I do not recommend this hotel, there are better elsewhere.
