Awesome trulli’s and great location. Everything was clean. Only complaint was the bed and showers. Beds were absolutely terrible. Super thin and you could feel every spring and hear every noise when changing positions. I feel like this would be a cheap and easy fix for the property but would make a huge difference. Showers have no lip on the floor and the drainage could not keep up so you have to turn the shower on and off while in there or flood the bathroom. Fix those two things and the place would be amazing. Our friends had another hut with the same company and had the same issues.

Check in started out in tears but ended up easy. Why did you have to say come back at 4.00pm when it was a self check in?? Communication please. Italy transport is on strike 🙏 Appreciated the wine was desperate for coffee but now provided The room I booked was given to another solo traveller but I was happy because I liked the tiny little apartment with its dome roof. No kettle. No coffee 😢😢, no tissues lumpy bed, but a roof over my head

We loved trullo stay. Place is at near to main attraction. The backyard of trulli was absolute stunning.

We booked 2 trullis which turned out to be several streets away from reception. At check-in (late Saturday afternoon) we were asked to pay the balance cash in advance! Wifi only available at reception. Receptionist gave us only a very brief introduction to the properties. In one the crockery, cutlery and kettle were in a wooden locker / chest (on which we had put our suitcase) so these were never found. No tea towels. 1 trullo had only 1 mug. Property details stated onsite parking - not true (public car park 10-15 minute away). 1 trullo had only 1 working light in living area. Nothing stopping water flowing from shower across bathroom floor and into dining room. The bathroom door was therefore swollen and would not close. Broken electrical socket in upstairs bedroom (see photo). Both neighbours (from Netherlands) also remarked on the poor standard of their properties. We have stayed in a trullo before and the standard was much higher.

The contact person gave us two check in windows, 10:00-12:00 or 16:00-18:00, she asked us to text her 30 minutes prior to arriving, we did and waited nearly one hour. We finally called her after sending an additional text and getting no response. She said she would be here in 5 minutes, it took her another 25 minutes. She rushed through her explanation of where the unit was on a map, where their office was, and a local cathedral. She was with her husband and I think they were in a hurry to do something else. We followed her to our unit in our car, she unlocked the door, handed us the key and said to leave it in the box outside before 10:00, told us where not to park. Very brusque and rude, she then left. No wifi, no coffee, no explanation for the heating system or any other unit details. Very uncomfortable bed.. and be warned...it is a double bed.... which is a jumbo twin size. I would never recommend for someone to stay here.

It’s a cool experience to stay in a Trulli. The location is convenient and the trulli is beautiful. The decorations inside is thoughtful and cute. However, there’s no hot water in the shower, no cutlery in the kitchen. And the reception is cold and not welcoming

The outside of the property is great (its a trulli), but the inside is terrible. It is very poorly maintained. Just about everything is in need of replacement or repair. We booked for 8 days but left after 5 as we couldn't stand it any longer. I would avoid this place.

I booked this hotel last minute and when I arrived at the hotel, I was impressed by the location, cleanliness of the place and room size is huge. Everything is just wonderful as I wish I could stay for another night, this hotel such a good find and I’m so glad I stayed there, less than a min walk, you’re in the center of all the good phots spot. Prefect hotel to stay in Alberobello. Also the guy works in the front desk Alex is very helpful and such a nice humble guy, the business is very lucky to have him. he gave me a tour of the town and took amazing pictures of me. I had amazing stay at this hotel! Will definitely return. Thank you Alex for your incredible service!

Logement dans un agréable Trullo. Il en est plusieurs au même endroit, un peu différents dès lors. Le nôtre comprenait 3 pièces en enfilade, avec un petit coin cuisine (kitchenette) dans la pièce d’accueil et 2 chambres à sa suite, la première comportant un lit double à l’étage (qui est en fait une sorte de mezzanine). S’y ajoute une très petite salle de bains. Nous étions un couple. A plusieurs, c’est sans doute plus difficile de partager l’espace. Nous avons, quant à nous, apprécié le logement, agréable et bien aménagé, sachant qu’il s’agit tout de même d’un trullo avec un espace nécessairement restreint. C’est un choix, ce que n’ont pas compris ceux qui critiquent le manque d’espace et le côté rustique. Il faut d’abord se rendre au centre de la ville dans une rue étroite, tout près de la basilique (mieux vaut ne pas s’engager en voiture dans cette rue et rester devant la basilique). Nous avons eu de la chance en rencontrant immédiatement la responsable qui nous a conduits jusqu’au Trullo. Les logements ne sont en fait pas très loin de cette première adresse. Le coin est tranquille et nous sommes vraiment très proches des sites à visiter. L’emplacement est donc parfait. Nous sommes conseillés pour le parking. Gratuit, il est effectivement à 500-600 m, facilement faisables à pied. On peut donc y laisser sa voiture sans souci pour visiter la ville. Il existe plusieurs restaurants et pizzérias dans les environs immédiats. En conclusion, nous sommes très contents d’avoir fait cette expérience. A Alberobello, ça nous semblait s’imposer. Il est à noter par ailleurs qu’il nous a été offert une excellente bouteille de vin. Nous avons apprécié le geste !

Bien placé mais lit de 12o pour 2 ! Et accueil pas chaleureux par rapport à tous nos séjours. A mis plus de 15 min à arriver à l accueil.

フロントの女性があまりにも酷かった。連絡しても繋がらずかなり待たされた。 通された部屋はあまりにも酷くアルベロベッロの滞在が悲しいものになりめした。トイレのドアは閉まらず部屋も薄暗く（電球が１個抜かれていた） 部屋全体が荒れていて手入れがされていなかった。 翌日も荷物を預かることも出来ないと言われてしまいました。スーツケースを持ってどうやって見学するのでしょう。 私達は沢山の旅をしていますが、色々な意味で最悪の宿でした。 になりました。トまらず部屋

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in uno dei trulli della signora Arianna, eravamo in 4 e ne avevamo prenotato uno con soppalco. Il contesto è molto carino, i trulli si affacciano da un lato in una viuzza allestita con lucine e divanetti mentre dall'altro in un cortile privato su cui si dispongono anche tutti gli altri trulli del complesso. Tutto bene se non fosse per la scarsa gestione del posto. All'interno del nostro alloggio mancava la caffettiera, al posto di questa c'era un bollitore senza una bustina di caffè solubile, abbiamo fatto richiesta e la signora ci ha letteralmente ignorato (eravamo disposte a comprare noi il caffè). Il bollitore non si poteva attaccare a nessuna presa se non una per terra in un angolo. La luce del letto matrimoniale era poggiata su un tavolino accanto ma il filo per attaccarla non arrivava alla presa più vicina, dunque niente luce. L'unica presa nell'angolo cottura era volante, con i fili che uscivano fuori dalla scatola, un rischio considerato che vicino c'è l'acqua corrente. Il soppalco era claustrofobico e direi anche pericoloso ma su questo abbiamo chiuso un occhio, probabilmente è il prezzo da pagare per dormire in 4 in una di queste tipiche costruzioni. Consiglierei alla signora del posto di migliorare la gestione e di fare tesoro delle recensioni scritte dai clienti, l'approssimazione e la strafottenza sono nemiche dell'accoglienza e dell'ospitalità...lo dico da addetta ai lavori.

Locale molto accogliente e bello (tranne il bagno che aveva qualche difetto)
