This was the most gross hotel i've ever stayed at. We were placed here because our flight was delayed, and no one slept in their rooms because of how musty and dirty it was. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Everything was perfect!! The room was clean every day and we reciced every day towels. All the pools are clean and beautiful. Tge food in the main restaurant is very good!! All the staff was profesional escesially maria from the guest relatios.

Только вернулись из отеля и сразу решил написать отзыв. Были в этом отеле лет 12 назад и честно говоря кроме расположения тогда не понравилось ничего. Сейчас отель имеет 2 звезды и поездка в него получилась спонтанной , главным образом свою роль сыграла цена и бесплатные лежаки и зонтики на пляже. Ехали с опаской, но приехав были приятно удивлены. Главным образом доброжелательность и старание персонала сыграли свою роль. Заселение: Заселили в 12-40, хотя по правилам в 14 часов. Для Болгарии раннее заселение это фактически чудо. Браслет правда одевают в 14-30 ,но это лишь для того чтобы вы не получили лишний обед. В турагентстве об этом предупреждают заранее. Номер: вполне нормальный. Мебель правда очень старенькая, но целая. Матрасы на кроватях нормальные. Постельное бельё и полотенце чистые. Кондиционер работал хорошо .Холодильника, сейфа, фена нет( но это 2 звезды поэтому и не ждали). На балконе есть сушилка - плюс отелю, хорошее освещение , целая пластиковая мебель. Звукоизоляции нет- слышен каждый шорох из соседних номеров. Уборка номера: Замечали её только по выносу мусора. Постель не застилали. полотенца не складывали, пыль не вытирали. Правда через 3 дня поменяли постель и заменили полотенца. Пляжных полотенец нет-имейте это ввиду. На удивление при заселении был гель для душа ,шампунь и мыло. Туалетную бумагу добавляли. Тёк бачок унитаза и на рецепшене при нас сделали заявку сантехнику, который просто отмахнулся... Питание: для 2 звёзд шикарное!!!! Вкусно, разнообразно .Даже 6-7 видов мороженного на обед и ужин. Достаточно мясных блюд, всегда 1 вид рыбы. ФРУКТЫ 4-5 ВИДОВ! Сырная и мясная нарезка лучше чем в других 4 звёздах! Снэка нет. Только с 15-00 до 17-00 в баре печенье и 1 вид фруктов. Алкоголь: ДЛЯ 2 ЗВЁЗД ХОРОШО. Пиво, ликёры, ракия, мастика, джин. ром, виски, вино белое и красное местного производства. Безалкогольные напитки- пепси, миринда, спрайт, вода, сок персиковый и ананасовый из автомата, кофе из кофемашины, чай пакетики 6 видов. Сахар белый, коричневый и сахарозаменитель(2 звезды!) Пляж: 2 минуты пешком. Широкий, чистый. Вход в море пологий. Всегда спасатель на месте, лежаков всегда хватает. Есть душ, раздевалка. Туалета нет. Но туалет есть рядом в торговом центре, который сразу за пляжем. Сразу за пляжем есть кафешки и торговые лотки, но цены там высоковаты. Проще купить воду в супермаркете-их в торговом центре 2. Анимация: её нет совсем. Вообще никакой. Детская комната закрыта. Отель подойдёт скорей для пожилых людей и семей с детьми до 3-4 лет. Тихо, спокойно и нигде нет очередей. Интернет: есть на улице, слабый на пляже и в холле. Я так понял что это общественный интернет курорта. Своего интернета в отеле нет.
