Well, as the other reviews: basic. Dated. It looked clean. Bed was comfortable. Walls thin enough to hear neighbors enjoying each other intimately. Cracks under the door/maybe ventilation so that you can smell people smoking cigarettes/********* in this ”no smoking” facility. Towels like thin sand paper. A 2:00 potty call revealed at least 6 roaches, thus, I slept with the light on the rest of the night. And obviously not soundly... On the flip side, the bed was comfortable and the employees were friendly and helpful. There was no blow dryer in my bathroom because the outlet in the bathroom was not working. So the maintenance man bought me a blow dryer. I had to use in the bedroom without a mirror. Don't worry, I looked okay after doing it blindly. All this for $74 and change a night. You get what you pay for, right?

I came from Florida to work at the phoebe memorial hospital and I was tired of ordering pizza and take out so I decided to go downstairs and eat. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Ann she was so respectful and let me tell you she came and checked on me made me feel so welcomed, let me tell you she was so on point with refills and everything you can ask for when it comes too service. I know when I come back for travel I’d be looking for her. Wait! Let me tell you about the cook!!!! That salmon was not only seasoned perfectly but the grille marks chef made was fantastic, before I took a bite I walked over to chef and thanked him for the food he prepared for me, he works hard pleasing people and that’s something hard nowadays I don’t know how many times he heard “thank you” but I wanted him too know what he made for me after work was beautiful! if he’s their for breakfast I’m waking up early cause I know it’s gonna be like mamas cooking hahaha I wanna tell you guys thank you again! I hope your service don’t ever go over looked, it took me two seconds to spill my heart! I hope this comes back to the both of you, I truly give you 5 stars… Also, Ann I over seen and saw how you handled the lady that made a mistake on her wine.. even though it was her mistake I like how you fixed it with kindness, we’re human we all make mistakes! Truly 5 stars…

Great room with great beds. Nice restaurant that made great omelets and incredible grits. You must order them, trust me. Staff was the friendliest! The room staff and restaurant staff (Rebecca, Tony, and Mark) were the absolute best! Very highly recommended.
