Although not big but wins in the clean area in the albany town center. The bathroom has been renovated. The bed should be replaced with a new one. It is still very good. The bw who lived in Victoria before was very old.

This time I booked an 8-bed room for 5 days. The location is very close to the coach station. It is very suitable for people without a car. The room is not always full. The staff is very warm and friendly. Even if I booked a mixed room, I learned that I have room. A female companion will try to arrange an all-female dormitory for us! Moreover, the cheap price package also provides simple breakfast, which is a surprise! Although the hygienic environment may not be very good for picky people, this backpacker hostel is very pleasant. The toilets and bathrooms are very clean, and the common area is also regularly cleaned. It is much better than most affordable backpacker hostels!

The experience was awesome, the service was best, clean rooms and toilets, the cleaner was so honest, i have left my Apple Watch while visited Albany when i came back the watch was still at the same place where i have left it. I am very impressed by service as well. I forgot to drop towels on the floor so they didnt change the towels, when i came back to hotel and i have noticed the towels didn’t change due to my misunderstanding the receptionist came and drop the cleaned towels in couple of minutes.
The staff was amazing and the hotel location was awesome

At night, the boss thoughtfully left the envelope at the door. The room was ready for us. The keys were in the living room.
Very spacious room with drying washing machine and simple cooker, we can hot food for dinner.
The next morning, without a reservation, we also had breakfast. At the same time, be considerate of our late arrival and let us check out until 11 o'clock. Check in here at 2 o'clock and check out at 10 o'clock.
I really like the small platform in front of the restaurant, I also like the clean and tidy yard, and the beautiful owner.

It feels like a comfortable and spacious hotel with a nice courtyard! (Although it was too cold to use) There is a swimming pool and gym! The only drawback is that the pillows are a bit smelly

GGuestRecommend this place. It has everything you need for a holiday. Kitchen well equipped, toilets big and modern. Spacious living/dining room as well as spacious bedroom. Easy free parking too, right in front of your unit. Location convenient for sightseeing, near to everywhere. Very clean too. All good. No complaints.

HHanan AmanI was so excited when i entered the apartment. Everything was prepared perfectly. It's very near to middleton beach which i enjoyed the most as i could do my morning walk by the beach. Wooho! Overall 5 star, for all aspects :)

GGuest UserThe check-in process was very simple, and the information provided to us covered everything that we needed to know.
There was adequate room for us to park our SUV, and the surrounding area was nicely covered in suitable plants.
While our chalet was adjacent to others, there was good privacy and sound isolation - we were never disturbed by any sounds of other people staying.
Being adjacent to the beach, there was a pleasant background sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Beach access was available nearby.
WiFi Internet access was included, and worked seamlessly. The chalet had a well-equiped kitchen, a full-sized fridge and good cooking facilities.
When it was time to checkout, this process was equally simple.
In summary, we enjoyed everything provided and found nothing lacking that we needed.

XXiayinianThe BIG4 on the Great Ocean Road left me with a good impression. I chose this place without much hesitation. This restaurant is quite popular. This restaurant is not in the city center, but next to a beach. If you come late, you can eat in the city. There are no restaurants nearby. But the breakfast shop nearby is really good, and the scenery is charming. I feel that life is so comfortable. The room is tidy and clean, but the windows are locked and cannot be opened. The refrigerator is too noisy, so I have to turn off the power at night. The distance to the two major attractions is also good. It is a very good hotel.

GGuest UserEasy to find while driving into Albany & it's a short drive to the town center & shops. Room is spacious & beds are comfortable. There is a swimming pool but we arrived late so didn't use it. For 1 night stay. it's Ok as the price was reasonable.
