First room without Air Conditioning during a hot Summer. Then, I was able to change room with AC for 3 days, change back to the single room without AC, and back again to the one with AC. Big mess. But only one person of the staff was able to make decisions. The others were a bit apathetic. Do not recommend this lodging.

Il peggiore hotel della mia vita... Sporco ,rozzo... Camera fatiscente trovata disordinata e sporca! sembra tutto fermo a 30anni fa.... neanche l asciugacapelli in camera...tocca andare in reception e riportarlo🤣 colazione con macchinetta del caffè tipo quelle straniere...

Palazzo storico,ristrutturato,non sò quanto del'antica struttura, all'interno, ancora sopravviva. Ad una analisi globale offre,se ben sfruttate ,buone potenzialità ricettive, ma,malgrado gli sforzi, sembra andare alla deriva come vascello senza nocchiero. La cortesia da sola non compensa,forse qualcosa non và... o và rivisto. Per un breve soggiono, può andare bene, se ci limitiamo al mero posto letto. Camera assegnata piccola ,insonorizzazione assente, se poi come me,avete la sfortuna di condividere il piano con una scolaresca in gita,allora ahimè è finita. Schiamazzi ,urla ,sbattimenti di porte ,sono la vostra compagna per la notte. Colazione assente: limitata offerta,per lo più di prodotti conservati, macchine dispensatrici di bevande calde e succhi ,che avevano l'aspetto di acqua colorata e....non parliamo del sapore . Nessun servizio. Che dire,tutto si può migliorare , bisogna avere la volontà e la pecunia per farlo ,altrimenti è sopravvivenza !

Una ristrutturazione non gli farebbe male,è antico e messo male , proprio bruttino . È anche sporco, nella stanza eravamo senza carta igienica e lavello attappato. Polvere ovunque .per quel che si paga, non vale la pena.

Hotel da evitare, sporco e pieno di polvere sia nelle stanze che nei corridoi, muffa sul soffitto e puzza di vecchio e di chiuso. Personale scortese e assente. Tende che cadono, bagno sporco e pieno di calcare. Ingannano la gente, le camere sono complete diverse da quelle che fanno vedere. Hotel da ristrutturare.

Ho trascorso lo scorso weekend in questo albergo e mi sono trovata molto bene. Non capisco perché ci siano tutte queste recensioni negative.Camere curate, pulite e bagno recentemente ristrutturato. Cibo buono e saporito,personale super gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza. Probabilmente alcune stanze non sono ancora state ancora ristrutturate ma la nostra era perfetta. L'unica cosa da rivedere la colazione.. caffè e cappuccino alla macchinetta non sono molto buoni e manca il salato. Per il resto mi sono trovata molto bene e anche le persone che erano con me hanno apprezzato tutto. PS. Dietro la struttura c'è pure un parco bellissimo

Pessimo, terribile, sporco, vecchio, camere con muffa, camere con cibo a terra pieno di formiche con bagno che puzza di fogna. Non vale un centesimo. Colazione altrettanto pessima. Giardino trascurato. Tende e divani che puzzano di polvere.

Pensavo di essere su scherzi a parte. Come hanno potuto autorizzare un “restauro” devastante in una struttura del 700. Peggio delle peggiori bettole. I mobili vecchi i fiori finti nella prima camera la porta della doccia che non si apriva il frigo su richiesta se no nulla. Da evitare .letto comodo. Pulito. Peccato .

Le camere sono completamente diverse da quelle che fanno vedere in foto. Polvere ovunque sulle scale, sui mobili, sopra le poltrone e negli angoli della stanza, muffa e calcare, capelli attaccati al tubo della doccia e asciugami sporchi. Struttura da ristrutturare del tutto. Tende che cadono, muffa dappertutto, stanze senza prese solo una ma in bagno, puzza di vecchio sia nelle stanze che nei corridoi. Ingannano la gente facendo vedere stanze completamente diverse dal vivo. Una nottata da schifo
