We stayed at this hotel when we went on a bus trip with Scandorama / Sweden. A nice and clean hotel, the room was large but lacked a kettle, 7 km from the center of Alba. Difficult to get to Alba on your own, no buses that left directly after 5pm. No shops or restaurants open except the hotel's. The breakfast was typically Italian with very sweet pastries, they had made eggs and bacon but conference guests from Italy ate it up, we were early for breakfast but there was nothing left. Juice and coffee ran out all the time, staff was not organized.

Sono stato in questo hotel con un gruppo per un tour nelle Langhe. Hotel perfetto: camera ampia e silenziosa pulita così come il bagno; colazione ben esauriente, ottima scelta dei menù delle due cene a cui ho partecipato; il personale disponibile che mi hanno aiutato in alcune occasioni.

Vaste parking appréciable Vaste hall d’entrée avec un personnel très accueillant (merci Ambre). Chambre spacieuse et bien agencée. Literie au top. Salle de bain très grande. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, il y a du choix. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant mais nous le ferons la prochaine fois. En voiture vous êtes à 10mn du centre de la petite ville d’Alba. Je recommande !

buonissimo Hotel per chi viaggia per lavoro, servizi perfetti, personale ottimo. pulizia e organizzazione ottimi. Buona colazione varia e assortita , rivedrei la caffetteria, il caffe non è assolutamente all'altezza, peccato sarebbe perfetto

Camera suite spa molto bella , curata e pulita. Da rivedere invece colazione e cena migliorabile. Personale gentile e cortese, posizione comoda . Parcheggio scoperto e coperto gratis utile. Silenziosità della struttura un punto di forza.

Cata hôtel ! La pire nuit d'hôtel de ma vie ! Nous sommes arrivés à 19H30, les deux chambres n'étaient pas prêtes. Ils avaient manifestement oubliés notre réservation effectuée un mois auparavant. Nous avons reçu deux chambre "PMR" au rez de chaussée. Une des deux chambres (111) était juste à côté de la salle de fêtes où une soirée discothèque avait lieu. Les basses faisaient vibrer notre chambre et la musique était à fond. Pas fermé l'oeil avant 2H du matin ! Rien dans le mini bar. Froid la nuit. Oreillers horribles, literie hyper rigide. Quatre lits dans la chambre. Aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial. Nous n'y retournerons jamais plus. Nous venons à Alba tous les ans pour affaires.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel che distava a poco dalla fiera del tartufo la struttura non è datata nel complesso molto carina, camere pulite. Il problema di questa struttura è il personale, scortese e’ un complimento, la ragazza che fa servizio la sera in sala e la mattina a colazione in particolare non conosco il suo nome con atteggiamenti strafottenti con clienti e colleghi. La mattina effettuato il check out , commenti ad alta voce con parolacce da parte della signora che si occupava dell accoglienza e congedo, i miei due amici dovevano solo pagare la loro stanza diviso due. Forse per una struttura del genere ci vorrebbe un personale che accolga il cliente con decenza, siccome per una notte abbiamo pagato 160€.

Camere abbastanza pulite e moderne la colazione non valida con bassa qualità dei prodotti e insufficiente. Mi hanno chiesto €10.00 a notte per un cagnolino senza ovviamente darmi niente per lui e spacciandomi il costo per maggior pulizia della camera assurdo visto che sotto il letto forse era un mese che non vedeva uno straccio
