if you want to just crash for the night - its OK. Relatively clean rooms. Food so-so. Having said that - service is emerging market 1 star hotel - you dont want to have anything to do with people running the hotel - rude, unreasonable, should not be working in the services industry. No wonder it will soon go to 3* tripadvisor and below 7 on booking.

Ho passato una sola notte in questo hotel a poca distanza dal centro di canazei. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi. Colazione invece un po scarna Non ho avuto modo di usufruire invece degli spazi comuni. Nota di merito allo staff che ci ha lasciato la camera fino alle 13 senza sovrapprezzo!

Hotel is verouderd maar ok. Kamers zijn ruim maar kunnen update gebruiken. Tevens was het douche gordijn gewoon smerig. Personeel in het restaurant zeer vriendelijk maar het management is allesbehalve vriendelijk, uiterst onprofessioneel (meermaals verhitte discussies gehoord aan de receptie tss de eigenaars). Tevens wordt je op een zeer onbeleefde manier aangespoord om de eetzaal te verlaten om 20u30. Kortom een gemiste opportuniteit om een toppertje te zijn.

Hou juwelen veilig achter slot. Mijn gouden ringen (op het nachtkastje gelaten) werden gestolen in de kamer op nieuwjaarsdag :-( Daar ben ik nog steeds niet goed van. Het personeel in restaurant is super vriendelijk, de uitbaters echter verre van flexibel en soms heel bot.

Soggiorniamo in questo hotel da anni ormai, sia d'inverno che d'estate ed è sempre un piacere tornarvi. Meritetebbe la S di Superior per: posizione strategica vicino a 2 impianti di risalita, ad un passo dalla pista ciclo-pedonale; camere ristrutturate, pulitissime, ampie e dotate di ogni comfort (per le famiglie ci sono suite su 2 piani o con camere comunicanti, comode per chi ha figli in età preadolescenziale); wifi, parcheggio coperto, ampio giardino con giochi per bambini, campo da calcetto/tennis; al coperto ci sono bowling, ping pong, biliardino, piscina con scivolo e idromassaggio, area spa. Insomma divertimento e relax per tutte le età. Valore aggiunto: gli animali sono benvenuti. Unico appunto: hanno alzato i prezzi e a colazione hanno messo le macchinette automatiche per il cappuccino/caffè che possono andar bene per un villaggio turistico di massa ma non per un hotel di montagna di una certa levatura. Io ad es. non gradisco il sapore del latte in polvere, amo il latte fresco di montagna nel cappuccino. Inoltre il menù è ripetitivo per chi resta più di 7 giorni, suggerirei maggiore varietà. Comunque consigliatissimo.

Nie wieder. Absolute Katastrophe. Der Inhaber und sein Sohn brüllen die Gäste und vor allem die Kinder permanent an. Die Gäste sind verängstigt wegen deren Verhalten. Ich war noch nie in so einem schlechten Hotel mit so unfreundlichen und gästefeindlichen Personal bzw Inhabern. Kann es niemandem empfehlen. Mit Kindern ein absolutes No Go Hotel. Vom Zustand rede ich gar nicht….

buon hotel con vari svaghi anche per bambini e ragazzi dal calcetto al tennis con sala giochi biliardo-bowling ecc... cibo buono e con giuste portate. camere ben arredate , ben pulite e ordinate. Ampio bagno con bella doccia grande. Posizione strategica per arrivare nei vari rifugi e ad un passo dalla marmolada. allora si direbbe tutto bene !!!! ALT ... alcune osservazioni spero che siano costruttive. personale di sala molto sulle sue all'inizio che man mano si scioglie e incomincia anche a sorridere verso la fine del soggiorno. come alla reception personale un po' freddino. abituato ad andare in val di fassa da anni e anni mi sarei aspettato almeno un pò più di calore e attaccamento ai clienti. ma la nota dolente è che al mattino non fanno le uova tipico piatto montano . quasi tutti gli hotel sia di montagna sia di mare(e io viaggio molto ve lo assicuro) lo propongono e alla richiesta del piatto desiderato mi rispondono che non lo fanno . ci sono solo uova sode per giunta fredde di frigo. parliamo del buffet verdure a cena. piccolo con poca scelta non paragonabile a standard di altre strutture. da rivedere!!!! l'albergo gode anche di un comodo e ampio parcheggio coperto .tutto sommato un piacevole soggiorno
