We had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us.
The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.

Very expensive for what it is the service that goes with it there is no single room without interest the finishes cleanliness leaves something to be desired no service example impossible to have lunch outside when the weather is nice hey sun required to run after everyone to just have an ashtray and it is impossible to have something to nibble or eat at 4 p.m. in the afternoon it is an establishment that calls itself a Grand hotel but it only has the name

We had the most wonderful visit in September. Alex the Concierge was very helpful and he pointed us in the right direction. Michaela was so pleasant and always made us feel at home. We loved sitting on the beach, riding bikes to the next town, and by the end of our trip we felt like we were family. This was our second visit and we talked to guests who made this hotel their destination, year after year. we knew we made the right choice!

Location at the beach is superb. Service is on a very high level. Hotel has been modernized without loosing the classic touch. Also restaurants are on high level.

stayed in the middle of july 2024 in the height of summer, location is right in the middle of Alassio, so the location is fantastic. Beautiful beach with cute umbrellas, extactly what you imagine your perfect summer Italian vacation to be. The restaurant and beach style of umbrellas/beach loungers is on par with what you get in St. Tropez...so it's really nice/upscale. I will def be going back.

SERVIZIO AD PERSONAM !! nonostante avessi una prenotazione e loro avessero decine di tavoli vuoti ! Accampando una serie interminabile di scuse non mi hanno fatto accomodare ! Probabilmente il fatto che io sia straniero immigrato in Italia a loro non piacciono i miei soldi Ma solo i soldi di alcuni degli italiani !!!!! Mi hanno cacciato via in malo modo prima volta che in Italia mi succede una esperienza simile !! Vergognoso !! Tenete conto utenti se non piacere al manager del ristorante non avvicinatevi al Grand hotel Alassio ..
