非常讚的地理位置很好找，前台乾淨明亮，房間的床舒適，床單被套蓋着舒服，衞生間也很乾凈，8樓還有洗衣房，出差旅行太方便了，每次在附近都會住這裏，關鍵是前台的小姐姐們服務態度特別好待人有禮。

外出首選維也納：説説酒店的優點吧··首先停車場很大，前院都後院都是免費停車場很方便。從網上預訂的特價房不含早，前台送了2份早餐和1份水果，在前台辦理手續還能吃着水果和小零食等待,去沙漠玩有防曬霜贈送，為顧客考慮的好貼心這服務也太好了吧……大廳有香薰很好聞，客房衞生乾淨……

服務非常好，前台有問必答很有耐心，入住每天送水果，設施齊全，出門忘帶卸粧水了前台免費提供太意外了，前台有個櫃子啥都有，有洗面奶、護手霜、防曬霜..還有好多忘記了，總之入住如果忘記帶可以跟前台要很方便的，第一次住這麼貼心的酒店，會再次入住，推薦、推薦！

這家的早餐真的是超出想象，有現拉的牛肉拉麪，有現煮的內蒙古奶茶，有土豆牛肉，是很紮實的牛肉塊，還有羊雜湯，西瓜都是大塊的，這個價位，這個早餐，真的絕絕子！
服務態度也是真的很好，特別是前台的小姐姐，有自助洗衣房，房間很大很乾凈！下次來阿拉善還來維也納住！

酒店的停車廠很大，進來酒店服務人員先給倒了一杯菊花茶服務也超級熱情，耐心的解答我們問的問題。辦理入住很快還給送了一份歡迎水果，第二天着急趕路 早上退房還給帶了早餐，這些小細節做的太到位了，首選維也納[強]

工作人員服務態度很好，酒店大廳寬敞明亮，外觀獨具特色，早餐種類很多，沒意想到竟然還有現磨咖啡，特別推薦他們店裡麪的牛肉拉麪 拉麪勁道味道很不錯[強]退房還給送了礦泉水，服務真的很周到，下次出差就這家酒店了

旅遊路過阿拉善，停留了一晚，感觸挺深的，沒到之前就電話聯繫我對房間有什麼特殊要求，到了以後對當地不熟，前台大哥很耐心的給推薦了附近的美食。這個地方空氣就是比較乾燥，要了一個加濕器，那個大姐送過來，給我調試好才走，可見都很用心，説的有點多了😄😄😄

之前住過一次，這次來感受更深一點，前台的姑娘們都很親切，天氣越來越熱了，一進門先倒了杯茶給我，我戴的眼睛送了我2片擦拭濕巾，在大廳坐了一會兒，又給我我倒了一杯茶，服務是越來越好了，最後不得不説的是花很漂亮😀😀

每次出差到這都會選擇維也納酒店，工作人員服務很專業，有問必答，房間乾淨整潔，提供免費的小水果和礦泉水。前台還可以免費打印文件，入住還會送電影院的10元觀影券，真的是太方便了。最令人驚喜的是，入住當天是我的生日，酒店工作人員居然送了一份小禮品，感受到了滿滿的心意，非常感動。
