房間環境設施都不錯，就是配套有點跟不上，網上訂的都沒早餐，搞不懂，有個服務員有點傻，腦子也不靈活，根本沒有經過專業的培訓，客人問話心不在焉，問好幾遍才回復一句所答非所問的話，服務差勁

房間乾淨整潔，面積適中，早餐品類多樣，中西合璧。服務貼心，停車場較大，方便停車。雖在國慶假期期間，同類酒店相比之下，價位稍有些偏高。

酒店位置很好找，門口有停車的地方非常方便，房間乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡水很沖。不滿意的地方一個是化粧鏡旁邊的電源插座鬆動了，吹風機插上沒有反應，一開始以為是吹風機的問題後來換了位置就可以了，再有床頭櫃上方插座也是這個問題，手機沒辦法充電，第二就是拖鞋太薄了，洗完澡衞生間門口周邊會有水濺出來，即便用了地巾，地面依舊還會有未被吸乾淨的水，地面會非常的滑，拖鞋太薄有一點水就浸濕了腳底會特別滑，我和家人差一點摔倒。另外如果酒店可以在洗澡間安裝一個晾濕衣服的晾衣繩就更加完美了
