1. 衞生狀況堪憂：房間存在刺鼻黴味，異味長時間無法消散，嚴重影響居住舒適度與健康。
2. 設施陳舊損壞
- 客房設施老舊，床墊過硬且表面粗糙，存在扎人現象，嚴重影響睡眠質量。
- 衞生間淋浴噴頭、水龍頭老化，使用時水流亂噴；面盆設施陳舊，下水不暢通，積水嚴重。
- 部分房間排風扇故障，僅發出嗡嗡聲響卻無法正常運轉、無排風功能，衞生間濕氣難以排出，加劇黴味產生。
3. 安全隱患突出：一樓客房窗户未配備任何防盜設施，存在極大安全風險，人身及財產安全難以得到保障。
4. 服務態度惡劣
- 迎賓樓未設定前台服務人員，遇事無法及時聯繫工作人員，存在溝通障礙。
- 向工作人員提出需求（如提供飲用水）時，遭到拒絕或無視，服務意識淡薄，缺乏基本的服務熱情與耐心。

意料之外的差，孩子身體不舒服，特意跟酒店説了一下安排一個安靜些的房間。以為會得到一些關照，但是還未拆封的塑料拖鞋中站了一塊發黴的什麼，這是基本的清潔消毒都沒有就直接裝袋啊，給下一位顧客直接穿啊！馬桶也是壞的！衞生其它的也懶得説了！ 要知道，舊和臟，是兩個概念！
不舒服的身體，還趕上了這樣的房間。

1979年開的老酒店，大家注意，分貴賓和迎賓樓，迎賓樓分有電梯和無電梯的，最便宜是沒有電梯的，房間綠色温馨裝修，因為歷史原因，不算大，但是也強過普通4星了，傳統國有老酒店，帶一個大院子，所以從迎賓樓到貴賓樓有150米吧。
房間內部還是很不錯的，隔音很小，稍有遺憾就是衞生間不太好，太小，而且是簾子，對不起四星的標準。早餐比較豐盛，能對得起四星！
