服務態度特別差，房間裏晚上不知道什麼設備斷斷續續的響，根本沒法好好睡覺。布草也洗不乾淨，還有毛髮。

設施：設施設備齊全，很智能，有大浴缸，孩子很喜歡
衞生：很乾凈，配有一次性馬桶墊，浴缸墊
環境：很好，喜歡
性價比很高的酒店。
工作人員服務一般，沒有那麼熱情。但硬件彌補了這一不足

本來想去烏海，陰差陽錯定了這個酒店。距離烏海真的挺遠，不適合旅遊。但可能也就是因為遠，衞生特別好。看服務員一直在打掃，住兩天，跟服務員説衹需要倒一下垃圾，結果搞衞生大姐特別勤快地把衞生間和屋裡都給收拾了一下，還把用過的毛巾都換掉了。
