自駕來阿拉善右旗，鎮上酒店不多，這家很不錯，房間大，很乾凈，周邊有超市，有商場，有餐廳，有葯店，出行很方便。特別是前台工號為103的工作人員，服務很熱情。

住了這麼多年酒店，這次唯獨是最差勁的一次，趕到假期，房費漲價可以接受，裝修設施老也可以理解，酒店枕頭內芯都是口水印，枕套已經用的千瘡百孔也就算了，但是酒店服務沒有提升，尤其是酒店前台服務員沒有服務意識，説話特別難聽，客人的訴求就像耳旁風，一説話就像都欠他錢似的。我是10月1日入住，10月2日晚上回來，我主動到前台續房費房卡，當時前台有其他客人，我被告知房卡能打開房門，隨後就沒人搭理我了，晚上9點26分，我都已經休息了，前台又給我打電話説到前台續房費！10月3日早晨7點多鐘，客房大姐對講機在走廊布草車放着，沒有人，像大喇叭一樣一直在走廊裏響，往前台打電話想讓其跟客服大姐溝通一下對講機影響休息的問題，看是否能使用耳機或者關小一點聲音，前台告知我，此酒店就是這樣，正忙着呢，服務員的回答真是顛覆了我的三觀，花錢來買罪受了！沒法睡覺了就到餐廳吃飯吧，早餐時間標的是7點到9點，我八點多到餐廳，菜沒有了，雞蛋沒有了，酸奶沒有了，去點個麪吧，根本煮不出來。沒法睡，沒啥吃，那就出去玩吧，上午出去之前告知前台服務員，房間需打掃衞生，客房裡的水杯上位客人使用過就沒有刷，裏面還是黏的，下午回來房間原樣沒動，問怎麼回事，説是服務員下班了，試問從上午就説要打掃衞生，服務員上午就下班嗎？覺得也不是什麼大事，等人家有空了再給弄吧，一直堅持到10月4日退房，要求開發票，當時前台服務員説不會開，先加上酒店前台微信，等會開的人來了給開，我加上之後，多次給前台發訊息沒人給開，一直到10月5日我給前台打電話説開發票的事，前台説正忙着呢，等忙完再説，我問大概幾點忙完，前台服務員沒有回答我直接就把電話給掛了，我用的平台電話撥打的，平台電話錄音為證，一共住了3天，真是無語，即使不缺客人，這服務態度也不至於這樣，以後不會再來了

酒店大氣豪華，房間寬敞，有地暖，衞生保潔到位，門前停車位很多，適合自駕遊，但洗澡水温度不太穩定，所在房間空調機滴水，有旅遊團隊入住，早餐食物供給脱節。

因為這家有1.3米雙床房，我們一行4人，2個是九歲多孩子，選的這家酒店的標間，一個房間4個人住略寬敞些。房間整體挺好。酒店提供的早餐非常豐盛，種類很多，趕得上以前出去五星酒店的早餐了，尤其我們訂房時家裡有含2份早餐，以為需要補孩子餐費，沒想到孩子也免費帶進去了。服務也不錯，在酒店開始找看到一雙鞋，去前台反映情況多要一雙，酒店前台工作人員看我們是4人，多送過來2雙。酒店位置也是方便，對面就有好幾家餐廳，也有小超市，小超市是普通社區小超市的價格，方便進沙漠前的採購。推薦進巴丹吉林沙漠前中轉時使用。

酒店很棒，設施完善，服務員也非常熱情，尤其前台接待的小魏姐，耐心的給我推薦吃飯遊玩的地方，感覺到內蒙人的熱情。
