It is very important to have good front desk service. I chose Tahe Guanlan Hotel because of its beautiful environment. The rooms are indeed large, clean and comfortable. But let’s complain about the logistics support staff. Are they slacking off because of the low wages offered by the hotel? ! Or the "uncle" raised by the hotel? ! As soon as I checked in, I discovered that the toilet in the guest room was not draining smoothly. I first reported the toilet problem to the room service staff, but no one came to fix it after waiting for half an hour. Then I went to the front desk to report the problem, and the front desk urged me. After waiting another 20 minutes, no one came to fix it. Finally, a friendly young lady at the front desk changed my room, which calmed my anxiety. On the way to change rooms, I met the "uncle" who came to fix the toilet and he looked very impatient... I wonder if the hotel leadership can see my review (and what measures will be taken). Let’s talk about it. I’m satisfied with the accommodation. I’m satisfied with the front desk service who later changed my room. I’m satisfied with the breakfast. The faults are not hidden, so I give it a five-star rating.

The room is clean and tidy, the small decorations are beautiful, the breakfast is very rich, the Uyghur girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and speaks Mandarin very well, I will stay here next time on a business trip

Hotel room hygiene is poor and cleaning is not timely

作為離開新疆20年的老新疆人，對於兵團人對新疆的貢獻懷着深深的敬意，這次南疆之行特意來阿拉爾這個兵團新城，入住這個酒店真是意外之喜，在沙漠綠洲的園林酒店，前台兩個很漂亮的少數民族小姑娘蘇比努爾，迪麗甫扎非常熱情，還給升級了房間，早餐做得也蠻認真。

應該是阿拉爾最划算的酒店了，裝修完全五星級，房間又大又便宜，非常乾淨。我們到的很晚，兩位前台（大蘇比，阿爾祖古麗）也耐心的給我們提出訂房建議，服務非常熱情和周到。推薦給阿拉爾的遊客們入住，價格無敵，環境，設施都一級。

房間寬敞雅緻，乾淨整潔，服務員熱情認真，空調有問題馬上處理解決，早餐豐富。還有洗，乾衣機。專程來拜屯墾戍邊英雄！滿意！

很滿意，是我們這次新疆之旅，住的最舒服最乾淨的酒店，早餐很好吃，很豐盛，如有機會再來阿拉爾，一定選擇住你家酒店👍👍👍
