Spent a night at the Resort. Very picturesque. The room is old Kerala feel. Bed very comfortable and large bathroom with toiletries. Lovely verandah with sit out. They have one restaurant Choola. Breakfast included was not extensive but both continental and south Indian food available. For once the croissants came warm and vada very soft. My dinner of vegetable chow and sweet and sour fish was excellent. Lunch of fish moilee was bit disappointing. Sat by the bank of Vembanard Lake and saw houseboat, speedboat, fishing boats and shikaras pass by. Only one con is no wifi in room. If you sit on the verandah you get wifi. They did give me a dangle but that also did not work. Staff very pleasant and courteous especially in restaurant.

Pros Views are great. Tricky to reach the location, but given you get to see the ocean & backwaters, worth it. The property is very regal & authentic to Kerala. Great pool, seating area etc. Helpful and friendly service. Cons They don't provide much lighting in the rooms. When it gets dark, it's a bit too dim for our liking. They don't provide boat rides when guests are not available. Similarly, no buffet when there are lesser guests, despite it being advertised otherwise. They could have included more options in the breakfast buffet. The western food options were minimal.

An unforgettable experience. The place is beyond beautiful and serene, the food delicious, and the service genuinely warm and attentive. The massages were deeply relaxing, and the boat ride on the lake was absolutely magical. I would come back in a heartbeat.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more special. The location is truly unbeatable—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Our room was extremely comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, the ambience, hospitality, and setting exceeded our expectations. We truly felt we could have stayed much longer, and we’re already looking forward to returning on our next trip. Highly recommended for a memorable and rejuvenating getaway!

Stay was good and resort is beautiful, approach road is not at all good , you can get a house boat from the resort and even from finishing point near the resort, further lot of mosquitoes in room and room service bit slow , Resturant is good and the location is perfect due to its facing towards back water

Very authentic scenic experience!!! Love the rooms , very aesthetic. The lake view is the bestttt! Also the food was everything. Yummiest delicacies.The house boat ride was also amazing. Really would recommend everyone to experience this atleast once.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Staff is friendly and amiable But the location is a bit difficult to reach with the narrow lanes and a lot of greenery.
