Overall terrible experience. Booked due to the good reviews however very inaccurate according to our visit. We arrived late, checked in at 00:30, however received a call to the room at 2:45am demanding payment. We arrived at reception to reveal a picture of my full card details on the worker's mobile telephone. Very unhappy with this, I hadn't consented to this at all. We ended up paying three times for the same booking, resulting in us being overcharged. Tried to address this with them and received no response. This seemed normal to them, so hate to think how many images that employee has saved. This was also in combination with the staff being extremely hostile. We booked a different hotel for the remainder of our holiday due to us being so uncomfortable. We booked it for the all inclusive, it seems well priced at first, however the breakfast isn't fantastic however the lunch was fairly tasty. That is unfortunately the only positive I could provide. The rooms are fairly limited, we experienced very loud neighbours and thin walls, with also a faulty air conditioning unit. This wasn't ideal with 35 degrees heat. I personally wouldn't recommend booking here.
