This is an amazing hotel, the food is excellent, location is spot on. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
The only downside is that the beds are too hard.
Great views from the restaurant area. We have been back twice now and will definitely come again

If you're used to 5 star all inclusives this may not be the hotel for you, but we have gone 3 times now and will keep returning for the lovely staff members who are always up for a chat. Rooms are very clean and recently updated! Airconditioning saved our life the first time. Food is very tasty and it's a nice selection all though it's quite a small buffet (it's still a 3 star hotel lol do not expect 5 star service). The pool is small, but there's never a ton of people in it, mostly there's nobody in it! It's in the middle of Alanya so everything is very easily reachable. We're the type of people to be out 24/7 so this hotel was ideal for us! Don't go here if you can't have a laugh though, seen so many reviews hating on the hotel but be mindful of what you're booking, keep on smiling and adapt a little to their culture! I'm sure you'll have an amazing time. Always a great time in Ergun Hotel, Alanya!!

Intimate hotel, very good location, close to the beach, port, bazaars and shops. Very nice service, waiters very friendly and talkative. Standard meals but tasty and great variety. Clean rooms, often cleaned. A place without hustle and bustle, you can really rest and relax.

The people of the hotel are incredibly nice. The hospitality they give the guests staying at the hotel is amazing. The room got cleaned well everyday and the beds were pleasant to sleep in. We also never had any problem with the ac. The food was good. Everything was well prepared and kept warm very well. The location can't be better. You have an amazing view when you have dinner in the hotel and its directly in the centrum with a 10 minute walk from the beach. I would definitely go again.

Nice enough hotel but not very friendly. Pool is tiny rooftop pool with very few sunbeds. Food was not good, all Inclusive was for rooftop bar only and very limited range of drinks, AI finished at 10pm. Location good. Nice rooms with air-conditioning

We've recently stayed at the Ergun Hotel for 7 nights. When we arrived, they told us they made a booking mistake and they took us to a different hotel to spend the night and told us to come back in the morning. However, there was no additional charge and to compensate they provided us with a much bigger room, free WiFi and free lockbox use for the duration of our stay. The food and location of the hotel were pretty good and the staff were polite and friendly.

Overall terrible experience. Booked due to the good reviews however very inaccurate according to our visit. We arrived late, checked in at 00:30, however received a call to the room at 2:45am demanding payment. We arrived at reception to reveal a picture of my full card details on the worker's mobile telephone. Very unhappy with this, I hadn't consented to this at all. We ended up paying three times for the same booking, resulting in us being overcharged. Tried to address this with them and received no response. This seemed normal to them, so hate to think how many images that employee has saved. This was also in combination with the staff being extremely hostile. We booked a different hotel for the remainder of our holiday due to us being so uncomfortable. We booked it for the all inclusive, it seems well priced at first, however the breakfast isn't fantastic however the lunch was fairly tasty. That is unfortunately the only positive I could provide. The rooms are fairly limited, we experienced very loud neighbours and thin walls, with also a faulty air conditioning unit. This wasn't ideal with 35 degrees heat. I personally wouldn't recommend booking here.

The rooms are clean and basic, the pool is extremely small and there are only 10 sun loungers. The food is very very limited with hardly any choice, the same food is repeated daily. Unfortunately, this hotel charged my £149.63 in error. I have asked for a receipt to understand the charge but they are refusing and denying they have charged me this. I have sent them proof twice and am now having to make a fraud claim as they are stating that this did not happen and won't help me. It is a shame as we had a pleasant stay and met some great people but i would never return due to this.

Really unsure how this place has received so many good reviews. Barely and drinks selection at bar Hardly any variety of food - they keep reusing same food for different meals. Extremely disappointing to have to go buy food outside especially when you have bought an all inclusive package. When their equipment breaks, they don't offer alternative eg juice machine is broken for breakfast so only option is hot beverages or water No snacks as you would expect in all inclusive package Hotel room balcony door doesn't lock Fridge doesn't work - kept being told someone will come to check but they never came. Terrible when you need to keep medication or baby supplies in cold temperatures Pay a bit extra and go somewhere actually worth going to.
