Beautiful hotel with exceptional standards all round. The hotel is 15 mins approx from hustle of city so close enough to walk but far enough away just to only hear the sea on an evening. The hotel has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere and nothing is too much for all employees to make your stay memorable. The food is amazing, each day having different selections of European and Turkish foods...everything is so fresh and delicious. Each dish is translated into English so you're not afraid to try something new. Ive tried so many dishes this holiday that I wouldn't dream of trying at home. Never disappointed and each meal is my new favourite! They also have street food, patisserie, ice cream parlour all included with all inclusive ...all has been tried and enjoyed each time...delicious. Across the road the hotel has a beach bar or no.4, the staff running this are so friendly and very attentive and obviously the views are amazing. The hotel has entertainment most nights and the acts performing blow your mind with their talent, very impressed each night. The rooms are decorated with a tranquil vibe, making you feel relaxed on your stay. They've been designed with alot of hidden storage for your luggage so there is no furniture overpowering the room. I could go on and on about how fantastic our stay has been, all I can do is definatley recommend the Kleopatra Dreams Beach Hotel ...its listed as 4 star but more like 5 in our opinion.

A Truly Unforgettable Stay From the moment we stepped onto the property, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere unlike anywhere else we've been. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel—from the calming, beautifully designed interiors to the immaculate cleanliness and thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Every member of the staff—from housekeeping and reception to the bar team, buffet servers, and even security—clearly takes great pride in their work. Their dedication and kindness added so much to our experience. A special mention to Melissa, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out and made a lasting impression on us. The beach bar, with its stunning view of the castle, is the perfect place to unwind, and the Turkish Hammam was a highlight—so relaxing and rejuvenating. There’s so much to enjoy here: indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, a hair salon, a charming little shop that rents bicycles, and many more thoughtful services that make your stay feel effortless. We met several guests who return twice a year or more—which truly says it all. The food was abundant, delicious, and always served with genuine smiles. Honestly, I could go on and on. To the reception staff—keep up the amazing work you're already doing. Thank you all for a truly wonderful holiday. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Kleopatra Dreams Beach Hotel! The location is perfect, right by the beach with stunning views and easy access to the city center. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. A special shoutout to Melissa, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was always kind, professional, and ready to help with a smile—her warmth made a real difference! The entire staff deserves praise as well: friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to creating a great experience for every guest. From the food to the service, everything exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return.

Hotel reception and personel are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Wifi great Restaurant : too early in the season, the restaurant was not as expected. No fruits salad, for example Pool : there is inside and outside pool and the water of the outside pool was too cold to enjoy. Location : not too far from center, free steps from the beach. Massage : great massage Recommend to buy the all inclusive to get all extra in the hotel ( Starbucks, etc…)

It was fantastic holiday, the all staff was definitely amazing, they are very helpful. On the reception was Mehmet which was so awesome, every problem was solved, he was always smiling and I’ve never met such a person I highly recommend this hotel, it is very modern, food was great, everyday something else, the room was very clean, the view from the balcony-incredible. I regretted leaving this place❤️❤️
