Unfortunately level of this place has dropped down since the pandemic covid19. Worst cleaning, smell in the bath room, broken equipment,. low quality of the meal. really disappointed... hope this hotel will become a nice place again ... this place has a high potential. Perfect territory... The hotel has even a small garden with flowers and a terrace. It is really an advantage for the city hotel.

The hotel is on the first line from Cleopatra Beach, this is a major plus. Several buildings, good food, and swimming pools.

It is a very good facility for its price, food and breakfast were good, I think the only shortcoming is that it does not have a beach, there should be slippers in the rooms.

The headquarters of the Paragliding World Cup is located here, so I chose to live here. Very good value for money hotel, comfortable and cozy, beach roadside. The three meals a day also have something to suit your own taste. The hotel also has a variety of daily necessities in the canteen, as well as fee-based services such as hairdressing, sauna, and massage. I am busy with practice and competitions, and I haven’t enjoyed the free swimming pool, table tennis, and gym. I have a chance to come again Go, enjoy a cabaret show while having dinner. A great place for a family vacation.

I booked a one week all inclusive to stay here with an 18 month old baby and my experience was terrible. 1st issue: 1st thing I wanted to do was connect to WIFI when I arrived only to be told there's only free WIFI in the lobby and it doesn't stretch to rooms. You have to pay to use internet in the rooms which I thought was ridiculous, I've stayed in a lot of hotels all around the world and this is the 1st (4* hotel) that has no WIFI in rooms!! 2nd Issue: I arrived at 11pm the 1st day of our holiday and was advised that the room I had booked (standard with a balcony) was not available but there should be one available in the morning after breakfast. 3rd Issue: I was then told I can stay in a family room that is on the 5th Floor or stay at another sister hotel for the night. I chose to stay in the family room and when I was escorted there: I realised that their lift stopped on the 4th Floor and we'd have to get out and walk the rest of the way (stairs) mind you I have a baby, suitcases and a buggy. I felt this was inconsiderate and careless. We reached the family room and it was awful; felt like a dungeon with no window till the next morning when the light came through and a small window so high up you couldn't even see outside. My room (the standard I had initially booked) was not ready until 4 pm the next day which was really disappointing and inconvenient for me and the baby. 4th Issue: When we got to the room, there was no standard essential items that are normally found in rooms such as a kettle, iron a fridge etc... There was a mini fridge which was unplugged and to use it; you'd have to pay. I requested an iron as my clothes were creased from the suitcases and was advised that there was no iron in the entire building but I can use their laundry service which I'd have to pay for. I asked for a kettle as I have a baby and need to make formula/ coffee in the morning and was advised that the bar has hot water and I can go and get water from there.. The bar opens at 8am and closes at 11pm/ my baby wakes up at 5am and sometimes needs milk throughout the night; again just inconvenience for something as simple as a kettle.. When I addressed these issues with the reception staff, they were not helpful/ nor understanding at all. 5th Issue: The food at the hotel is not great to be fair, it was more or less the same thing over and over again; for the entire time we were there. I had to abandon the hotel and venture out for food elsewhere as my baby was also not impressed with the food. 6th Issue: the area is quiet noisy, during the day is sort of tolerable but night time when people are trying to sleep can be irritating. 7th Issue; the rooms are cleaned/ swept every day but the bed sheets/ covers and towels aren't changed every day which to me is unheard of. Housekeeping/ sheets/ towels and all that are supposed to be changed every day no?? The only positives of this hotel is that the restaurant staff were extremely nice/ hospitable and and the locat

My daughter and I booked an all inclusive holiday at the beginning of October to this hotel. We booked a standard room, and what we got was very substandard. The bathroom was mouldy, dirty rusty and unkempt. It needed stripping out and starting again. The fuse box was open and something was sticking out of it, the balcony door handle was broken and wouldn’t close or lock.I complained to the disheveled boy on the desk twice, who was disinterested and said he would tell the manager. I heard nothing. I complained to Love Holidays that the room we had been allocated was not shown on either their website or the hotels website, and had it been, I would not have booked it. (Love Holidays refunded me 20% of the hotel cost. ). The hotel was 2* at best. The bar did not serve any cocktails whatsoever, and you had to pay for small bottles of water! The soft drinks came out of a machine, which had no fizz. Very very poor. The meals were edible and there was a variety of hot and cold…but it was the same every single day.. fruit was virtually non existent unless you like oranges or tiny hard apples. The snack bar was a godsend but the same food most days. When some plums appeared, they went within minutes! There is a shop on site which is expensive and dusty, so go out of the front of the hotel and turn right to the supermarket and shops. Left along the ***** you can walk into Alanya which has lots of tourist shops and restaurants.. there is a nice walk along the beach front across the road from the hotel. If you want WiFi over the whole hotel you have to pay extra, although it is free in the lobby. The safe was extra also. You also have to pay for the hotels sunbed at the beach…..Take beach towels to the hotel pools as you are not allowed to use the hotel towels by the pool. There are three pools, one with slides, one main and a quieter one at the front. The evening entertainment was very poor, and consisted of junior school talent show style dancing and a fashion show of the leather shop next door, with one girl and one man walking around in fur coats.. Overall, the weather was beautiful at 29 degrees each day and we spent most of our time at the pool ignoring the hotel or at the beach. Be aware the transfer time from the airport is 2 hours, so add that into your travel time. If you are after a cheap all inclusive and you don’t mind what it’s like and don’t want to spend too much time in the hotel, then this is an ok hotel for you. I wouldn’t go back and I wouldn’t recommend it either.
