i booked an apartment "as they said" for 4 pax . we were 3 but still the apartment was too small for 3 . it was perfect for 2 but not for more . at trip.com it is mentioned that thebroom is air conditioned but what you did not mention that it was 1 air condition for all the apartment which is not enough at all especially with thats silly system they have that turns off the ac if you open any window or any door . other than that reception staff was very nice , room service was kind even though i didnt understand anything on what she said neither did she since she doesnt speak except russian.

When you travel with smal kids ofc there will be some spills and some marks, make some stains on the beedsheets or pillowcases. But then you need to pay ekstra for that. Thats the first time i have ever experienced that. «They cant get the stains off» well, some milk, a little chocolate gets off if you wash properly. Also sunscreen is a must in this country so if we cant sleep in our bed or sit on the bed before we checkd that we are shining and no spots left of sunscreen then what the actual …. Not happy about this at all. The next time we come to alanya we pick a hotell who know how to remove stains.

This hotel is a mid range hotel. Our wishes were heard beforehand and we got a room on top floor (4th), as I installed my ham radio antenna to the roof. The room were clean, although some places would benefit of small repair. The bathroom was good as well as bedroom. The kitchen is rather basic and would benefit of some renewal and maybe more kitchenware. The hotel location is excellent, 500m to Ataturk Caddesi and 250m to 25m street. Also it was rather quiet environment. As in all turkish buildings, the sound isolation is poor. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially miss Celin, who was a treasure. The breakfast was not a bufee, but it was very ok for us. And you can ask for more content, like we did for yougurt. We can recomment his as a mid budget place.

Although the room looked a bit shabby chic, the beds were clean and very comfortable. Could hear next door residents sometimes, but we had a fabulous view across to the castle, so, although there were some down sides, it was more than made up for with the good parts. Beds and towels not changed often, but staff were more than happy to do so, if asked. I liked the pool, not too busy. Unfortunately, my husband passed away unexpectedly, whilst we were there. The manager, Sukru, and all his staff couldn`t have been more kind and helpful. I will definitely go back.

Let's start with the positives. Price: $24 per night. Neat room, clean, there is a kitchen and utensils. Understanding and friendly staff. There is Wi-Fi, a kitchen. The staff provided additional utensils upon request. Now the cons. The Internet is unstable and slow, sometimes lagging for up to 30 minutes at a time. It was winter and the room was cold. There was only one air conditioner for two rooms, it couldn’t handle it and overheated (maybe it was just unusually cold, but I don’t know). There is no hot water, there is warm water under low pressure. At the end of the trip, the wiring in my room burned out. It was the penultimate day and I was moved to another room, but it was unpleasant. Overall an average hotel for little money.
