Honestly the bad reviews are not lying it’s an awful hotel. You have to pay for WiFi no iron available and had to pay for ironing of single clothes and no kettles in the room either. The food and drinks were terrible all the same every day for lunch and dinner and not fresh. You can tell the meat/chicken/fish they cook is reused in multiple dishes for 3 days. We came as friends and our initial rooms we requested were not available. Reception staff were really rude. Just not worth the money paid will never reccomend or return to this hotel.

Rude and unhelpful staff, crap food, people que at 6am to put towels on beds. Photos of hotel are done very clever. It's nothing like the pictures. Beers and spirits taste terrible. Unless you get a bargain like a tenner a night I'd avoid this place at all costs.

Dreadful food !!!! We ate out 7 times in a 10 day holiday , hotel it's self is clean and tidy but the food and staff were awful !!! I would give this hotel a 2 star !!! Kids lived on garlic bread for the whole holiday, 5 star hotel and you had to pay for WiFi???

i stayed in this hotel 1 week. this hotel is very close to centrum and beach. if you want to use sunben on the beach you have to pay money and if you want to drink also you have to pay on the beach. the food is very good. there is animation program after dinner near the pool. room is very good and very clean. but if you are boy or old people you do not wait and servis or smile from barmens and waiters. some staff must work in this hotel.

The hotel is lovely in itself but a massive shame about the staff… they are all rude and don’t even acknowledge you, they take food and drinks before you are done and please dont ever expect to get bottled water! (You can only get this from the restaurant bar which has a wicked queue). We literally had to beg to get a bottle of water from the bar for my babies bottle so we could feed him, the only water available is from a water machine at the side of the bar that tasted metallic and they only give you cups the size of a shot glass :) Not to mention you get there and they place you in a random room only to say you either need to pay an extra £380 to stay in that room or move the next day in the afternoon so you can’t relax. They also don’t really clean the rooms when you are in them.. I think they came in and moved the quilts in our room and that’s it, there was still formula we had dropped on the side from the morning. You are also not allowed to use the towels for the pool so please don’t attempt it they will go mad! BRING YOUR OWN. It wasn’t all bad the food was lovely and always had a really nice variety also there is a beach right outside (but it’s €9 a sunbed) you can just sit on the beach with a towel though. There are plenty of shops and restaurants immediately around the hotel so it terms of location it’s spot on.

Undeserved 5 star, All inclusive with tips boxes in each corner, Fruit buffet only watermelon and apples every day no diversity, Ordered a room with sea view received one with view of reception roof :D Rooms with poor sound isolation, Bar with cheap and poor quality drinks included, normal drinks only for additional payments, Beach very dirty, Avoid, Don’t recommend at all
