The hotel is cozy, close to the sea (just cross the road), a large paid beach (but this is only an advantage, because the price is low and there are many available sun beds), the staff speaks Russian-English-German, the food is delicious, the restaurant has a wonderful panoramic view. Most of the tourists are Germans. Evenings are quiet, live music is played several times a week. Hotel in the city, in a good location, you can get around a lot on foot. The only minus is small rooms and rather hard beds.

We arrived at approx 2am , check in was quick and easy with porter service , we were given a snack box which was a nice touch. We were advised that All Inclusive was 10.00 to 23.00, the drinks on offer were more disappointing than the time restrictions as I prefer a cocktail to beer or spirits but these were not included. The hotel itself is nice and clean in all areas but is a bit dated. Rooms were cleaned daily. There is only 1 English news channel which is representative and boring. The pool area is small but clean , sunbeds were available for us but on our final day (12th) a sign went up to say you can no longer reserve sunbeds, we had witnessed several days with towels on beds but no one was on them for several hours. Bring your own radio as only 1 speaker works. Whilst the staff work very hard I agree with previous reviews, the majority of the staff seem more attentive to their German clients. After a few days of us being here we were asked if we'd like refills but this was hot and miss with staff. We were here for the Euros and all other nations flags were displayed except the English. The food was disappointing, breakfast choices were particularly poor aimed at the German market, it would have been nice for an English breakfast once or twice during our 10 day stay. Dinner and tea were hit and miss too, some we're very tasty and some looked tasty but we're bland. We'd expected entertainment every evening but only saw 3 acts, we'd not want to be here with young children as there isn't anything for them to do on an evening. The hotel is close to lots of shops and we did enjoy walks in various directions after our evening meal. There is a book exchange however 97% German, I did leave my two books and was greatful that two more English books were left. A nice quiet spot but unfortunately it's not somewhere we'd return to.

When we arrived to the hotel the lady working in the reception was very rude to us ( she need to learn how to talk to the customers ) my first impression of the hotel was very negatives and with time was more negative. In the hotel corridor next to our room was 52 degrees Celsius, I check with termometr no air conditioning the lift very small up to 3 people and as well in side boiling hot over 60 degrees Celsius. We book room with double bed and we got to single beds. Is 4 stars hotel but in my opinion max 2 stars. We bought all inclusive packets and food was very poor, the choice of main corers was only two of them the only hot food was rice, potatoes, vegetables, liver, or turkey. The cold section was much better but this is not 4 star hotel standard. Swimming pool area not big enough for the all gust from hotel and you have to pay €1 per day for tower. If you want to go to sea side then you will have to paid €6 per day €1 for tower and €5 for the chair and for drink what is all inclusive not work there and you have to paid for everything cash. But the most absurd what the lady told me if you want to storage your luggage is €10 for 20 kg and if you have more is extra €2.5 per kg. Overall I’m very disappointed with this place and I will never come back to this hotel.

Great location, good food, clean and pleasant customer service. It's great that the hotel is for adults. I have stayed at this hotel 7 times. The last time there was a toddler who cried one night but otherwise everything was very ok! The beach is across the street, the beach staff is also friendly and helpful in every way.

Just got back from a 7 night stay with my family. With the exception of one or two people the hotel staff were lovely and so helpful, unfortunately a lot of them couldn’t understand English very well. The food was lovely and very tasty although could be better with a bit more selection for the English. Our room was cleaned daily and all the public areas were spotless. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of bars and shops nearby and Cleopatra beach just across the road through a lovely park. After reading previous reviews I was a bit worried about staying here but we all really enjoyed it . There are also a few negatives I think should be addressed in order to increase the enjoyment … there are only limited drinks included in the all inclusive package. No bottled water is available before 10am it is padlocked away in the fridges . Also there are no cocktails included either although if you wanted one it would cost you around £10 to £14 each! It states on the website that the pool bar is open from 8am to 6pm but wasn’t open at all during our stay and even the fridge in this area with bottled water was padlocked closed. Limited snacks and ice cream was available from 3pm til 4.30 but were padlocked again at 4.30 sharp. We booked 2 single rooms and a family room (3people) but all rooms were exactly the same size so we hardly had any room in the family room. Breakfast is from 6.30am but there is no one to cook eggs/omeletes til 7.30 prompt (the chefs were seen eating breakfast in the back! As the majority of breakfast was continental we struggled for breakfast we liked, without having eggs e.g toast and jam etc. If you are wanting entertainment then this isn’t the place for you (there was an organist on the Thursday and a violinist on the Monday that was it, but us as a family were quite happy sat outside the lobby bar chatting in the lovely surroundings. We read reviews saying that the staff were all for the other guests not the English but it was the other countries guests who were rude and arrogant not the staff who were lovely. This hotel is small and quiet so personally I dont think it would be suitable for younger families. A couple of pictures on the site are a little misleading as it clearly shows a slide into the pool on one but there is no slide and not even any proof that there ever was one . We went to the beach for the day and got 5 sunbeds 2 umbrellas which set us back 17 euros but not only that we found out that the beach bar wasn’t free to us even though we were all inclusive but to be fair this isn’t the hotels doing as all bars and all sunbeds are payable on Cleopatra Beach. I think that the hotel should say this when booking. Our stay was really enjoyable and we were happy with hotel and location but wouldn’t return. Thank you

The hotel is well located and it is very clean. It's all quite minor, but that in itself doesn't bother us. The food is all very tasty but there is not much choice. The hotel is down because of the staff. They mainly focus on German guests and are very unfriendly. They take your plate away from under your nose and you are not asked if you want another drink. Even when you say thank you or hello, they just babble something back in Turkish. There is one friendly man who always says hello, the rest are all very arrogant

Spent a week here. The hotel is in an excellent position opposite a lovely beach accessed through a beautiful park with fountains..also near to bars, shops and restaurants. Rooms are well appointed. clean, comfortable with loads of storage. Pristine bedding and towels. Food was perfectly acceptable.. quite Turkish but OK for us. The massive downside for us was that we were the only English staying, and the staff pandered more to the German guests who were by far the majority. For example the waiter would indicate a seaview table to them while we were just left to wander around looking for a place near to the buffet as I am disabled. Even worse...everyone, and I mean everyone smoked! Smokers would huddle together on the small outside area that caught the December sun....puffing away non stop... for us non smokers, we had to suffer the 'fug' or sit in the shade! Not the hotels fault of course but unpleasant! We would return to the hotel but not to the smokers.

Allocated a North facing room which I asked to change after a couple of nights as I spend quite a bit of time sat on the balcony and I enjoy some sun during the day. It was difficult to get the staff to understand and persuade them to agree to make the change. My lack of Turkish and their lack of English didn't help' Be aware that this hotel caters predominantly for or only to Germans, the staff mostly speak german and I didn't find anyone at all who spoke English other than the Guest relations person. Especially not the reception staff. This hotel provides numerous TV cannels for Germans and has 2 news channels for English speakers. Out of the 81 books I counted in their swap library there were only 2 in English and these were ones which I had donated in the past 5 days so don't expect to borrow or exchange books. Would I revisit? A huge no. Even if you paid me it wouldn't be enough to persuade me to undergo a really nasty experience that I paid quite a bit for. The location is great, the facilities are good but being the only English person staying there wasn't a pleasant experience, staff not understanding any English didn't help and I just wanted to go home after the first few days.
