Hotel Review My wife and I have stayed at this hotel for a week, and unfortunately, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Every single day for the past eight days, we have encountered at least one issue, ranging from poor cleanliness to maintenance failures and more. We approached the staff about these problems discreetly, in an effort not to disturb other guests. However, we were consistently met with arrogance, argumentative behavior, and a complete lack of solutions. The management, especially the hotel owner, seemed utterly incapable of handling conflict constructively. Instead of acknowledging the issues and working toward solutions, he would raise his voice and shift the blame onto someone else. This is not how hospitality should work. Mistakes can happen, but the focus should be on resolving them—not finding someone to blame. As guests, we cannot fix plumbing leaks, poor cleaning standards, an unmanned reception, or errors in their booking systems. These are all issues that should have been handled professionally by the hotel staff. Instead, every issue was dismissed or poorly managed, making our stay increasingly stressful. Additionally, the noise levels in the hotel are unbearable. The walls are so thin that you can hear conversations in other rooms as well as everything happening in the hallways. From the beachside restaurant to the hotel entrance, every sound echoes through the building, leaving no room for peace or relaxation. What makes this experience even more upsetting is that we were promised a luxurious stay at “Alanya’s best couple’s hotel.” This could not be further from the truth. What we experienced was the exact opposite: frustration, disappointment, and a complete lack of professionalism. This stay has been heartbreaking and distressing. We are deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful, high-quality vacation experience.

Hotel Review Our experience at this hotel has been nothing short of a nightmare. We initially booked a two-week stay, but after enduring a week of constant problems, we have no choice but to switch hotels privately at our own expense. From the moment we arrived, issues began. We had to change rooms three times due to poor cleanliness. The final room we were given seemed acceptable at first, but we soon discovered feces in the toilet and a clogged shower drain. When we reported this, the owner dismissed it as “normal.” Housekeeping has been an ongoing disaster. Rooms are “cleaned” by mopping with the same dirty mop across all surfaces, without water or cleaning products. Surfaces and mirrors are ignored, and even when we pointed this out repeatedly, they simply wiped the mirror with a dirty towel, leaving it worse than before. Bed linens are only changed every three days at most, even if they are visibly dirty. Requests for fresh linens are often denied. One incident completely crossed the line. After our room flooded due to poor maintenance, we had to use every available towel and piece of bedding to dry it out. The hotel staff promised to clean the room thoroughly and replace all towels and linens. However, when we returned after dinner, we found the dirty towels used to mop up the flood tossed into the bathroom. No fresh towels were provided, and the night staff refused to resolve the issue, saying they couldn’t do anything until the morning. This level of service is completely unacceptable. The lack of cleanliness, disrespect for guests, and dismissive attitude from staff have made this stay unbearable. I cannot, under any circumstances, recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs.

They seriously need to change their music…. It’s the same annoying beat all day , everyday, played so loud. No wonder no one enjoys using there sunbeds. Its so not cool 😝 New speakers arrived yesterday that make it sound even worse … your not in Ibiza 🤣😂🤣

- 1. Cleaning was bad, a lot of staff in hallways as well. In room the windows and mirrors were really dirty, they didn’t Change the sheets. A lot of dust on a beds headboard. I had to ask more toilet paper like 2-3 times and I had to ask to fill hand wash. 2. Bad and boring breakfast for one week. Only cheese, 2 different kinds of eggs, bread, and few vegetables (2-4) and berries. When walked by cooks club breakfast it was full of different foods in breakfast. 3. Pool closes at 18, so no swimming at late night. 4. Thin walls, you can hear other room alarm clock. 5. It’s adult hotel, but no parties (other hotel for example cook’s club had parties ) and a lot of children in beach area on day time. I have choose this hotel for a reason and still there are children and babies. 6. Really expensive drinks and food in hotel. 7. Our safe deposit box was broken and they promised a new one next morning but we didn’t get it. + 1. Friendly stuff and waiters. 2. Good location. 3. We liked the bed. 4. We wanted the sun and the sea. so this one we got and didn’t let the hotel ruin our hotel. But if you want pool Also you need to pick different hotel. 5. Menu food and drinks were really good. We shared experiences about that hotel, with more than 10 guests that were there on same time as we were. We all had same bad feelings about this hotel. Never going back there. Some guys had to pay extra for towels and the other had to pay 3€ per day for the safe deposit box key. Some guests had more bad experience than we did. And some went to eat their breakfast to another place.
