It's the most miserable hotel I've ever stayed at. Bad food, only few types of food available . I was with my son in hospital because of the food. Even if the price is lower than other hotels, it's not worth ruining your vacation because of it. The only advantage is the location close to the beach.

This has got to be the hotel from hell. Rooms are not as described.I was placed in a room that had no working lights and the porter tried to make out like I did not know how to use the key card. I got him to come and try and he spent the next 15-20min fiddling with something that was clearly broken. I made a complaint and they moved me and my son to one of their sister hotels. Rooms are dated and broken furniture. The food is absolutely not worth it. There are a few hotels with the name Kleopatra Ada and what you see online, is most definitely not what you will get. False advertising and rude, dismissive staff. I was not the only one to complain on the day I arrived about the state of the hotel and incorrect description. They are advertising/ being promoted on love holidays and love holidays should be ashamed of supporting and promoting such a hotel on their site.

Please don’t go! If you want to know how it’s like to be in the horror movie then yes it’s for you! Food is bad (got food poisoning), room is old and dirty. Hygiene is non excistent especially the bathrooms on first floor… Hand sanitiesers are always empty The drinks are offered in very small plastic cups snd basic stuff Hotel owners arrived like they were coming to Hilton hotel. Room was not cleaned, no water in the room, no free wifi From our room 1 blanket was missing, we were asking for it 3 days!!!!! Workers in restaurant fooling around and reception was mean. I would cancel my trip than going again. I have been to Alanya 7 times but this is the absolute worst!!!!!!!

Just back from a week here ,it's never 4star at a push a 2,rooms dirty and smelly,bedding dirty, cleaning minimal,broken things in room everywhere,long list,management,arrogant, local restaurant reps rude,met couple from Scotland,she was pregnant and ended up ill ,food poisoning,then met 2 guys from London ,one of them spent 2 days in bed I'll,same thing ,flew home yesterday now Mrs is in bed I'll same symptoms as them,and I don't feel great either ,hotel is in a great location ,other than that id avoid this place ,as others have said before,it's no 4* you pay for everything other hotels would be giving for free if 4* overall very disappointing,I love turkey but wouldn't be going back here again!!! Avoid!!!!

If this hotel was in the UK it would be closed down or bare minimum an improvement notice from health and hygiene. Went for 10 days, day 2 of the all inclusive got acute gastrointestinal infection, 3 days on the toilet followed by a trip to the medical centre with a drip and antibiotics. Doctors said they had seen many from the hotel, the food or the pool being the source. The staff are rude, the place is dirty and the food is not worth eating. There are other hotels, unless you hate people then avoid this place.
