Tac Premier Hotel & Spa

We're at tac premier now and totally enjoying our holiday. If you're looking a swanky high class hotel look elsewhere. It's definitely not a UK standard 4 star hotel but it is a very high 3 star. Immaculately clean with staff who try very hard. So pros and cons Pros Spotlessly clean. Excellent location. 50 m to beach and lots of shops and bars in the immediate vicinity. Lovely clean pool 1.6 m deep all over. Some of the restaurants tables are situated around the pool which is a lovely eating experience particularly in the evening. Restaurant has an excellent variety of food and is cooked to a good standard. Its all inclusive standard not uk restaurant but tasty. Strangely they serve chips at breakfast. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Plenty of sunbeds although I'm not here at the height of the season. Beds are firm but comfy. Relaxed chilled atmosphere. Many lovely seating areas to chill out and a lovely terrace to people watch from the main street. Plenty of eating times snacks etc. Cons Morning Fruit juice is awful. Staff offer fresh fruit juice but it's chargeable. Alcoholic drinks are a bit limited, one beer and basic spirits. Cocktails cost extra. Bars in hotel stop serving at 11pm. Staff are pleasant but English isn't spoke by many. In saying that I can't speak their language so why should I expect them to speak mine. Can be a bit noisy until around midnight. Walls are thin and you can sometimes hear neighbours talking. One note if anyone from hotel is reading. Please put the butter with the bread not with the Cereal on the other side of the restaurant. Would we come back ? In a heartbeat. Love it

Animation team was very nice and funny we do some activities ! Staff also, not a lot of food but you can choice something for yourself, I have nice room with beautiful view, room was clean with YouTube if you want to play some music, see you next time in Alanya

The hotel itself, is situation where everything is, from attractions, to shopping, to excursions, location fantastic, the hotel itself, well let me start with the negatives, little entertainment, no cocktails sp you would have to ask, bar staff not very good at english, food was ok, wouldn't say the best, hardly anything was labeled so you didn't know what it was, bit of a problem if your a picky eater, the hotel rooms, well first day we got there had a leak so I demanded we were moved, the receptionist (a man) wasn't very helpful, ended up moving us, to a bigger room, as the first room was tiny, the balcony area faced stairs and literally faced another room, our room was ok, but the shower from upstairs leaked through, air conditioning also leaked, which got fixed, our balcony faced another hotel, so our view wasn't the best. Tattoo palour kept badgering us same as the guy from the spa, became annoying. For the price we paid for a 4 star hotel we were disappointment 3 star max. Staff could of been a bit more cheerful, shout out to the young guy who helped with our cases, he was lovely. Upside of the hotel, coffee was lovely, it had a fridge in the room for water, location brilliant, housekeeping were amazing, couldnt fault then at all. Things to improve, entertainment, stop badgering guests for tattoos and spa, staff to smile, WiFi needs to be all round the hotel, not just in reception.

Hotel is faultless. Cleaners work non stop and everything is spotless. Food is great with loads of choice. Situated perfectly for a walk into Alanya centre. The hotel is across a road from the beach but it is possible to pay 6 euro per day to hire 2 sunbeds and an umbrella on beach number 7. The food on the beach is very expensive so would recommend leaving towels on the sunbeds and popping back to the hotel for lunch. Most guests are German or Russian so evening entertainment is mainly based around them but the animation team work really hard to include everyone. Looking to return next year as had a fabulous holiday.
