Just returned from a week's stay here with my daughter. Let's get straight down to the basic facts - this isn't a 5 Star hotel of UK standards, please keep that in mind - although it is in the eyes of the Turks. Deco of hotel is nice and well maintained. Please note the entrance to hotel is on a steep incline. Staff miserable and rude (expect for barman in the pool bar). Pool not heated, if you visit end or start of seasons you need to brave it or not bother getting in. Clean and plentiful sun loungers. Parasols need replacing (tatty and old). Rooms spacious and clean. Mini fridge stocked and replenished everyday. Maidservice everyday - although for us they forgot the basics of loo roll on a couple of occasions. Noise, now after readying alot of people's reviews this is an issue. The layout of the hotel is open plan from the reception/lobby. All rooms are pretty much visible from the ground floor. Our issue was a group of people having a few too many drinks from the bar (within the reception area) being extremely loud. As you can imagine it was clear as anything on the first floor at 1am. Asked the chap on reception 3 times via a phone call to ask the other guests to be considerate to others whom are TRYING to sleep. Nothing changed until I went down in person. Main restaurant food, nice but same pretty much day in day out of chicken, turkey and fish and perhaps the odd beef dish plus always pasta and tomato sauce. If you are a fussy eater or have food allergies, find somewhere else. Waiters are plentiful and should serve or ask you for drinks, but 9 times out of 10 their too busy chatting or starring at people. Again, we only seen one female on the floor serving. Rest are men. Hotel is out of town and the beach is shingle. WiFi fast is extra. Personally I've been to loads of hotel all around the world and there are loads of better places to go and spend your money in. Please be aware, Antanyla airport is extremely expensive - €3 for 500ml of water €12 for a tube of pringles.
