Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel

This hotel is without question the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and should be listed as 1 star, not 4 . 95% of the staff were rude and unwelcoming. The buffet food was disgusting and recycled trash. Wouldn't even feed it my pets. The only real saving grace food wise was the snack bar! if you like chips burgers and chicken nuggets you might just get through the day. The only thing more disgusting than the food was the pool/bar managers attitude. He made us feel awkward and unwelcome the entire trip which which naturally passed down to his staff. The majority were rude with zero manners or decorum. Even tipping them heavily at the beginning of our stay made absolutely no difference. The only real hero was a server during the day called "Semih" he was very polite, had manners and actually smiled/conversed. We ate out every single night and tried to avoid hotel as much as possible which ended up costing us a significant amount more than it should have. The drinks menu was dreadful and the rules were pathetic. The entertainment was almost laughable but on the brightside, if you were lucky enough, you would get a plate of popcorn to block out the misery. If you want to go to a retirement home for a week, eat trash and get treated like rats then this place is probably for you. If not, just don't bother. Given our experience, this is the first and last time we will be visiting Turkey. Congratulations Alaiye Klopatra Hotel, you did your country proud.

Wifi does not work or is very very slow, reception staff are not the best, no kettle/cups in room. Food is ok, wouldn’t recommend. States 4 star hotel but does not reflect a 4 star hotel. Room is average. Music from outside restaurants can be heard till past 12am so difficult to sleep if you have an early start the next day.

Excellent hotel friendly staff clean. So these days I travel as a solo and Alanya is a gem plenty of shopping almost anything you can imagine. So back to the hotel, a short stroll from the beach a good sized bar and the restaurant is on the 6th floor giving spectacular views, the food is always fresh and tasty. Room cleaned daily good wifi in most areas of the hotel. I enjoyed the hotel so much ive booked next Chris**as.

Everything was excellent, the hotel, food, staff, accommodation, maybe not the drinks. If you can get over the mithering in the shops (we are used to it) and the drawback is Alanya is over 3 hours from airport so makes it a long day travelling. Security is very good

Lovely little hotel. Kadur on reception is absolutely lovely always smiling and ready to help. The restaurant staff are absolutely fantastic especially Mesut, what a great lad really looks after you. I have got to say all the lads in the bar and restaurant work really hard and are always smiling. Be sure to show you're appreciation. Couldnt fault this fabulous place at all. Lovely beach 2 minutes away and sunbeds 1 euro a day if you reserve at the hotel. Take no notice of the negative reviews because really, there isn't anything negative about this place. Only downside it is a long transfer but hey ho.

My partner sat on the toilet our second day as he sat down the toilet seat snapped It was repaired the same day but 2 days later we were harrised by reception to pay for it Surely that is classed as wear an tear totally un acceptable

Excellent located hotel when we arrived the reception lady Hader took control and made it easy check in and also changed our room bed pillows super had a good sleep the hotel is immensely clean food was superb with variety of veg and non veg dishes the Chef also made infront of you eggs steak pancakes etc staff were very very friendly apart from language barrier hamam sauna jacuzzi swimming pool all good except for massage as they do very very heavy handedly one bad part everything is extra you have to pay for it most times excursions they offer choice of food eg fish or chicken nothing else mentioned time to eat pay for chips drinks etc although you payed for the trip even cabs your transport from airport to hotel although payed drivers still ask actually for tips

Where here now. Having a great time. The staff cannot do enough for you. We asked for a high floor poolside. Don't go past the 5th floor. We were put on the 6th and the shower was not a walk in it was a high sided shower over bath. We asked to change rooms and they moved us to a beautiful room walk in shower and sea view. We couldn't have asked for better. Food is limited so far We have always found something to eat and enjoyed it. We have got a sun bed round the pool everytime we wanted one. The beach is just over the road if you fancy that. Buy a ticket at hotel reception much cheaper. Lots of shops bars ect all around the hotel. So a great location.
