The location is the best, but the hotel is not as good as I expected. Restaurant is dirty. Finding a clean cup or fork is almost impossible. The beds by the pool area are not enough, so people try to "reserve" the places by putting the towel before the breakfast. For the others there is no chance to have a bed by the pool. But the beach is very nice (note that you will enter for free, but you must pay for bed and umbrella if you need them). The rooms are small, and the bed was broken. So the hotel is 3* I would say. Only the location of the hotel saved my vacation.

Sultan Sipahi Resort The Worst Hotel Experience – Do Not Stay Here! This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I feel compelled to share my honest experience. Bathroom: The bathroom was absolutely appalling. The bath was not just stained but covered in grime, and the grout between the tiles was filthy. There was visible mould growing around the shower, and the toilet flush was coming away from the wall. The most alarming issue was the bathroom light—it leaked water! We reported this dangerous issue repeatedly for three days, but nothing was ever done to fix it. Eventually, we gave up asking. Bedroom: The bedroom, while better than the bathroom, had its own problems. The laminated floor was heavily damaged, giving the room a worn-out appearance. To make matters worse, there were questionable brown stains on the net curtains that looked absolutely disgusting. The night light didn’t work either. Again, after asking multiple times for it to be repaired, we gave up. The only redeeming quality was the bed—it was comfortable, but that was completely overshadowed by the poor condition of the rest of the room. All-Inclusive Experience: Do not waste your money on the all-inclusive option. I have never regretted paying for all-inclusive as much as I did here. We ended up leaving the hotel every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner because the food was absolutely awful. The choices were extremely limited, and what little food was available was tasteless and unappealing. It was a complete waste of money. Drinks: The alcohol selection was just as disappointing, with very few options available. If you’re hoping for a variety of drinks, you won’t find it here. General Cleanliness: The carpets in the hallways were heavily stained, adding to the overall unkempt and neglected feeling of the hotel. Even the lobby, where the only free WiFi was available, was unpleasant. Guests were forced to sit in sunken, dirty chairs by the reception area just to get online. Tennis Courts: To add to the misleading nature of the hotel, the pictures advertised tennis courts as part of the facilities. However, these courts were not located at the hotel but somewhere in the local area—completely separate from the actual hotel grounds. Summary: In summary, this is in no way a 4-star hotel. The standards were shockingly low, and I would never recommend staying here. Save yourself the trouble and money—find somewhere else!
