If you wish spoil your vacation book this hotel. You will feel yourself like in prison where everything is banned and stuff are aggressive.

The room size is OK. The waiter is not so diligent in cleaning the room, but it is still very clean once it is cleaned. The food is very tasty, there are many fruits, and hot water is available at any time. It is on the beach and close to the landing field. The exchange rate of the hotel is better than that of the airport.

Excellent hotel for the money, first line, 50 m to the beach, food is not very plentiful, but of high quality, everything is there. Cleaned every day. Pretty quiet hotel, I recommend!

Tiny, uncomfortable room with poor amenities. We had to pay extra for basic things like Wi-Fi and drinks. Breakfast was nearly inedible, with a dirty water dispenser. Even the staff wasn’t very friendly. We stayed one night and checked out early. Think twice before booking here.

I stayed at Kleopatra Ada Beach in June 2025 and had an unforgettable experience! The location is incredible — just steps from the beach — and the views are beautiful, especially at sunset. The rooms were clean, comfortable. The food was delicious with a great variety each day, and everything felt fresh and well-prepared. A special shoutout to Hasim, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling — he really made our stay even better. All of the staff were kind and welcoming, creating a relaxing and positive atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation with great service, food, and comfort!

We stayed here for a week. The food was delicious and the service was great. The staff is friendly. I especially want to mention Haşim. He is very good and does his job with a smile. The beach is right across from the hotel and the location is great

Stayed for 2 nights. The room was fine. The all inclusive concept was shocking. Breakfast, lunch and dinner had very little to choose from and lacked variety. Same foods every day. The ‘snack’ was chicken nuggets and salad placed by the pool for several hours, not checked on or topped up. The ‘coffee and cake’ was 2 flavours of 1 type of biscuit. That’s all! No cake. The following day had the left over biscuit and one type of sponge cake, also left out by the pool.
