Otele girişte çok iyi karşılandım. Personel ***et güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Odalar temiz ve düzenliydi. Bence her zaman gelinebilecek bir yer. Fiyat performans olarak bakılırsa eğer 10 üzerinden 12 verebilirim. Otel personeli ve yönetimine teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum sizin aracılığınızla.

A HOLIDAY COMPLETE 5 STAR THANK YOU. We have stayed in many places in Alanya and so far the best experience. makes a superb base for all the area has to offer. People so friendly and nice so clean and top marks to the local Council for all its efforts,

Good morning well I am still here at this hotel and I just though that I may be able to save a few people a bad time the hotel is ok but the food is total rubbish every day the food as been crap this morning was broccoli and sweetcorn with some sort of sausage in gravy belive me when I tell you it's bad like most people I can make do with the food when on holiday dismissing the bad moments as fussy people but this time I have to agree with all the negative comments if you can afford a few more quid now it will save you having to pay for food twice listern people to what I am saying .And I have all my own teeth

1) Excellent location (5 minutes to Cleopatra beach) 2) Renovated rooms, air conditioning, elevator 3) Very good Turkish/international food, lots of vegetables, fruits, variety 4) very polite and efficient service (reception, waiters, cleaning) 5) professional manager who watches over the quality every day 6) the hotel restaurant has a 4.8 rating on Google 7) bus number 1 to the port (clubs), along the coast

The worst hotel I have ever been in. I read bad reviews and absolutely agree with people because of the same experience. Very bad food, no air conditioning in lobby and in the corridors, expensive WiFi, no normal cleaning room, rude staff, 1 small lift for stuff and guests, interruptions in the supply of electricity and hot water. In a nutshell - never again.

We had a great time staying in this hotel. Everything was more than good. Most important for us: the staff was great, all of them were very kind, always smiling, greeting us, always there to help. Pool clean, rooms also, food tasty, both breakfast and dinner phenomenal. Great location, everything is so close. Definetly it was more than we expected. I think it deserves more than 3 stars. We are glad that we choose it and will come again for sure.
