Totally disgusted with this hotel, I was so looking to go there and a week left after sorting out my return cancelled flights and booking new ones. Get an email today from on the beach that they are closing the hotel on 31st october and they cannot honour our booking and trying to give me a crap hotel.. i booked this 5 months ago for a reason for 8 people.. a special 18th birthday fr my daughter anf now a week before they have cancelled it.. why put dates on if you are closing it.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! It’s new and modern, which made for a really comfortable experience. The beach was great and the sea warm, but still refreshing, making October a great time to visit. The cocktails were also excellent and offered a lot of variety. The entertainment program was also great, and everyone was super friendly. A special shoutout to Ahmet, who gave us great company and was very funny! Warm regards to him. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place. p.s. the Starbucks coffee was a great bonus

We spent in Serenity Queen a wonderful time. The hotel was beautifull as well as the beach and swimming pools. I also have to mention the food which was amazing and diverse. But these things are not what we miss the most. The most we miss people who we met there. All staff were so kind that we really felt special, as a part of a family I’d say. Entertainment guys (Emre, Ahmed, and others) „forced” us to play volleyball, darts and archery but we definitely don’t regret it :) Our sons will certainly remember the fantastic waiter who joked with them and showered them with balloons. And what we’ll remember for sure are dinners in the moonlight with great service from very polite and helpful Bilal, who with the help of his colleagues made us feel really special.

Absolutely brilliant hotel the welcome of the staff was amazing very friendly and polite there was one waiter who went the extra mile he was so polite and helpful friendly such a lovely guy his name was Huran he always was there to help he waited on us all week at the hotel , his work standard was 1st class proper worker. His a absolute legend for the Serenity queen hotel well done to him thank you for making us so welcome Richard and Carol UK England

All of the dishes were very great, fresh and tasty. I really enjoyed this evening. Waiters were really professional and kind. A lot of starters and delicious cheesecake. The best I have ever eaten in my life. Area of the restaurant was beautiful. I recommend this place.

Excellent service, excellent food. Emre waiter excellent service. If you think to come here its very good idea. Specially meat and desserts was perfect. I recommended to not eat min 6 hours before dinner :) I wish the best for all stuff, best regards

I've never done a review before but feel I need too to help others that are thinking about visiting the Serenity Hotel. It was mine and my families first time in Turkey and this hotel made the experience so much more special. It's clean, the food is like any other hotel where some days were amazing and some were good but we always had something we could eat. One thing me and my family loved was the street food on offer during the day, if had home made naan Breads, kebabs, fresh pizza and burgers that were gorgeous. Icing on the cake was also it has its own StarBucks that offered these really nice juices. The staff couldn't do enough for you, even when the hotel was at its maximum capacity, they still would come up and ask if they could get you a drink (they work long hours, but always had a smile on there face). A special mention to Mo from the animation team, he's a legend and just made the stay that little more special. They also have all named brands for alcohol and if your looking a doing some of the excursions I'd definitely recommend the jeep safari that we booked through the hotel. One last thing if your wanting to do some shopping, don't worry about going into Analaya which is 25 mins away. Go to the local market that's 3 minutes round the corner, you will find everything you need. We would 100% come back next year, in fact we have looked to book up but unfortunately it's coming up quite a bit more expensive than we paid this year but we hope the prices may drop. Thank you once again for a fantastic holiday..

It was a really nice experience. The food was very tasty, well cooked and variaty. Also, the staff was very polite, friendly, carefull with your needs. Everything that you needed was on your table really fast, even if they had to bring it from another place.
