Booked 2 nights through a 3rd party.I was unable to fly and cancelled my reservations. Hampton was unwilling to negotiate any level of refund. Huge disappointment, what seemed fair would have been a refund of the 2nd night as they had time to rebook it. As I said..huge disappointment. I will need to reserve a room on my way home, and I will choose a different chain.

We were greeted by a lovely young woman wearing big glasses and a bigger smile. She checked us in, greeted me as an honors member, explained the amenities and discounts and even called me an hour later in my room to see what else she could do. She helped me login to the wifi and order her recommendations from room service. Just the most amazing service I’ve seen in a long time.

Good location, good service, breakfast is OK, extended check-out time, $10 per hour. However, there are many people, check-in and luggage storage, etc. need to wait for a while, recommended.
