Perfect if you are transporting the SJ Airport. Good shuttle service even for early flights. San Jose is 45 minutes away and the traffic and roads are horrible. Hotel is attached to a mega mall. Nothing else around there but airport is a 5 minute shuttle away. Big food court and three decent restaurants. Check out Italian wine bar.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the wifi issues and the TV. The TV is all app- based, so you need wifi for the tc, including the regular local channels. So if wifi was not available, the TV was also not available.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 4am to 1am which is helpful (and doesn't match what is posted to their website or *******).
The room was clean and I felt safe staying the night alone. The downside is that the walls are incredibly thin. Everything from the baby crying in the room above me, the couple moving items and curtains in the room next to me and the gentleman yelling at his phone kept me awake and I was lucky to get a couple hours sleep
I wouldn't return simply due to the fact that I need sleep and with loud neighbors surrounding the room, it's not likely to happen

Front desk staff - no interest in helping resolve an issue with WiFi. Had to contact ******* directly to help me resolve issue with hotel.
The hotel is beside a new shopping mall with a lot of empty spaces, the road in front is under construction. Getting in and out is complicated.
Hotel is new. Nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet is expensive for what it offers ($21).

Although it says airport shuttle is available I did not receive transport to the hotel after 11 pm and to tye airport before 4am. As it DID NOT SPECIFY TIMES I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO USE THE SHUTTLE. I PAID FOR TRANSPORT AND DID NOT EXPECT AS IT DID NOT S POO ECIFG WHEN I RESERVED. IT WAS UNPLEASENT AND INACCURATE INFORMATION.

We stayed there the night before an early flight. It was close to the airport. The hotel is new which was nice. The pool is on the 4th floor and small. A new mall is next door which is nice if you like an average mall with food court etc. there was road construction and it was very loud. The TV system was terrible.

What a terrible experience. We reserved a room and got a confirmation via email with *******. When we arrived, they notified us that they canceled our reservation. They never called or emailed us of this update, leaving us no choice to find a different hotel with two young kids at night. They did inform us that we could drive further away for the same room for more money. After they couldn’t find our reservation and we left, I received an email asking how my check-in experience was and then the day of “check-out” I was sent an email to rate my overall experience. The man at the front desk was terrible with a flat affect. Don’t waste your time with a staff who lacks empathy for travelers.

Im not sure which customer service is worst, ******* or the hotel staff.
I had a CONFIRMED reservation for this hotel, and turned out that the Hotel cancelled tbe reservation and notified *******.
No one had notified me in advance.
On top of that, it was impossible to reach ******* customer service.
I don’t see any benefit from booking with a company that has a total disregard from their customers.
Shame on ******* and Shame on the hotel
