Хорошее место в горах, очень комфортные домики, вкусный ресторан с национальной кухней. Детская площадка давно не ремонтировалась, но наверное в сезон она в порядке. Есть сауна и маленький бассейн - дети довольны. Рядом монастырь. До достопримечательностей и на экскурсии только на машине.

Никогда не приезжайте сюда. Этот отель не стоит и 10% от их прайса. Сервис отсутствует. Руководства нет. Из сотрудников только охранник , официант и психически неуравновешенное существо - адмиристратор Залина. Территория большая, но ваши чемоданы с вещами вам придётся нести самим, везти их не получится, потому что вся территория отеля уложена плитами с огромными щелями. Прилетели ночью, предварительно проплатив день раньше. Нас не встретили. На сервис не надейтесь. На ресепшене никогда никого нет. По приезду еле дозвонились до Залины. Спустилась заспанная и злая ( видимо разбудили) . Отдав ключи, рукой указала направление нашего домика. Вещи пришлось тащить в гору самим. В номере не было включено отопление. Нашли стекла на полу, рой мух и живых и дохлых. Погода была холодная. Ниже 0. На просьбу принести одеяло, Залина ответила- "у вас чайник есть в номере. Согрейте его и дайте ребёнку горячую воду.." Еда в ресторане с завышенным ценником, разогретая, не вкусная. При попытке выяснить ситуацию с битым стеклом и мухами в номере получили негатив, хамство и истерику от Залины, со словами -"ВЫ ТУТ В ГОСТЯХ. ВСЁ ВАМ НЕ ТАК и т.д" Очень неприятный осадок от посещения данного места. Много путешествуем, но с таким хамством и тупостью столкнулись впервые. ВСЕ НЕГАТИВНЫЕОТЗЫВЫ О НИХ НЕ ПРЕУВЕЛИЧЕНЫ. Так и есть. Это позор Осетии.

Давно я не видела такого пренебрежения к гостям. Мы снимали 7 домиков, за 6 дней в них убрались 1 раз. В ресторане часто получали в ответ на просьбы отказы в довольно грубой форме. Забронированную баню, которая оплачивается отдельно, нам вообще забыли включить. Завтраки заявлены с 8:00, но если у вас программа начинается в 9:00, вы не успеете позавтракать, так как его приносят в 8:30-8:45. Настроение мероприятия было довольно напряженным в связи с таким сервисом. Остальная Осетия подарила много тепла и заботы, но отель - разочарование! Хотели классный отель, не экономили, а получили сервис хуже крымского.
