住了那麼多次星程體驗感最差的一次，在預訂非特價房的前提下，第一次給我一間位置非常差的房間，下樓去找前台換房間，其中一個人問了我的目的後直接略過了，讓她的同事給我換，接待應該需要培訓上崗的吧，如此的服務態度真的讓人很不舒服。第二次換的房間床單被子都潮潮的，一半邊的床鋪一翻身一股汗臭味，本着不折騰就一晚上就將就過去了，早上起床又看到牀頭櫃和床之間縫隙有煙灰和毛髮，不禁讓人懷疑星程的質量。建議還是提高一下各方面的質量，原本對星程印象還是很好的。

酒店環境優雅整潔，位置便利，交通方便，周邊配套齊全。前台服務熱情專業，辦理入住和退房效率高。房間寬敞明亮，佈置温馨，設施齊全，床品乾淨舒適，隔音效果也不錯。每天都有專人打掃，衞生做得很到位。整體入住體驗非常滿意，性價比高，值得推薦，下次來還會選擇這裏！

房間很大，
設施：可以，唯一缺點是空調製冷不行，有點熱，但是其他還可以，交通挺方便，有位置停車，離市政府不遠，很好找

中規中矩的酒店，各方面都還可以，衞生、設施、服務都不錯，門口停車場很大，酒店離359旅紀念館不遠，去參觀也很方便的，開車也就7-8分鐘。
