The room was a disaster. The wall by the bed was covered in mold. There was no TV. The staff member was very helpful, though, and based on our complaint, they moved us to an exclusive bungalow where we didn't have to pay extra. Everything in this bungalow was good except for the shower.

When we first arrived at the hotel, although we said that the door of the room was broken, they were very indifferent and said that you chose a standard room, but they said they would call a repairman to take care of it. The door handle of the room was not fixed for two days. The attitude of the woman at the reception towards us, saying that you can leave the room if you want, customer satisfaction is really bad. The kitchen attendant working at the hotel is polite and the man responsible for other duties is friendly. As a service, hot water from the shower does not flow in the evening. The insulation of the rooms is very bad and you can hear the shower sound and conversation from the other room.

Berbat Berbat bir işletme.Kahvaltıları bayat ve eski ürünleri karıştırıp tekrar tabaklayıp servis ediyorlar.Mesela tereyağı bozulmuştu reçeller taş gibi sertti ve kahvaltı diyip görsele koyduklarından eser yoktu.Hergğn peynir zeytin yanına küçük tabakla ya sosis ya da patates koyuyorlar o da sayıyla.Kişi balı birer tane çeri domates verdiler sağolsunlar.Berbatlar berbat.Yatakları rahatsızdı sinek doluydu.Güleryüz yok ilgi yok alaka yok temizlik kötü.Rezerve ettiğimiz oda yerine içerisinde bozuk jakuzi olan odayı vermeleri de harikaydı.Çok kötü bir işletme asla tavsiye etmiyorum!!
