I Am really glad to choose this lovely hotel. We had delicious home made food from their garden. Lovely puppies And pussy cats they have Superb for kids clean and tidy hotel. But also I have to thanks all hotel barbarossa staff. Thanks alot for your lovely welcome and your smiles. You guys made my days . Highly recommended 👌 👍

Incredibly friendly and supportive staff who worked hard to cater to guest needs. The chefs were outstanding — highly recommend the freshly baked breads that were continually prepared and served. Rooms were clean and the pool area was very relaxing. Good for families and couples I think. Plenty of places to relax.

Employees' smilefaces, approaches, and efforts to find solutions to issues deserve appreciation. The facility and rooms have an authentic look. It is a facility where you can feel like home rather than a super luxury Alaçatı facility. Suitable for families. It has a stone oven, a small coffee library, and a bar. I can suggest that they move the bar part a little more. I wish you lots of success and satisfaction.

Ailem ve arkadaşlarımızla 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Merkeze 10dk uzaklıkta sessiz muhteşem doğasıyla karşıladı bizi. Çalışanlar çok samimi ve memnuniyetiniz için uğraşıyorlar. Fırın başındaki ümit ustanın pidelerini söylemeden geçemem çok lezzetliydi. Yemekler tatlılar çay saati atıştırmalıkları hepsi lezzetliydi.Odalarımız her gün düzenlendi ve temizlendi. Biz memnun kaldık. Yolumuz alaçatıya düşerse yine burayı tercih edeceğiz.Ebubekir Beye ve tüm çalışanlara tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Their all inclusive covers not even a quarter of their menu. Nothing looks professional. Nothing is ready at the time. It’s one building that looks like vomit. Cheap chairs, really cheap food, lousy service. Check in at 14? Oh no, expect later Not recommended

We were doomed by misleading pictures on ******* … we has a booking till 14 th but we Left the hotel on 12th as it was unbearable..the hotel was absolutely mess … I don’t think they ever cleaned that horrible room.. we have killed 7, 1 inch diameter spiders and many insects .. my children were horrified .. towels were covered by ants … there were socks left from previous guests …. Bathroom was all mess.. there were no curtains in the room no privacy at all .. I had to use my daughter s hair clips to make a curtain out of towels and clothes.. they downgrade the room as the poolside room was double booked .. they gave us a cheaper room and ******* did not return the money at all…in any case after a horror night in the second night with so many bugs my children could not sleep we left the hotel early morning on 12th .. ******* should be careful on what advertising … I usually trust ******* and this is the worst experience I had with ******* … please feel free to ask photos
