Beyond the AC issue, the hotel faced numerous problems, including rough & unpleasant bed sheets, pervasive hair in various areas (on my bed, on the floor in our room, on the pool lounge area & a random clump attached itself to my sons crocs), & disheveled and half-asleep staff, w/ the exception of one receptionist. Furthermore, the hotel proved to be unsuitable for children, featuring a small pool & pool area designed primarily for adults. The only positive aspect of the ABC Hotel is its central location in town. I do no recommend this hotel, nor will I ever stay there again. It is run as unprofessionally as it is dishonestly.

Terrible experience with the hotel + its management. Upon the death of our father we contacted them and informed them only to be told they have a 60 day tourism season in Alacati thus they need to make money and 15 day cancellation policy.

Very nice hotel with a beautifun decoration and outside area. Very spacious and clean rooms. The staff are really friendly and helped me during my stay. The garden and swimming pool it s so modern and stylish, so cozy to sit and enjoy swimming or chilling by the pool. The breakfast was 10/10 so delicious with generous plates. İ highly recommend it

yaz kış rahatlıkla gidebilirsniz Konumu, arac park sansi, sakinligi, ama aynı zamanda 2dk yuruyusle diger kapısından hacimemise ulasabiliyor olmak, otelin mimari dekorasyonunun da şıklıgıyla birlesince cok iyi bir tercih yaptigimizi görduk. Ki yılbası aksamı olmasina ve yaz sezonu olmamasına ragmen harika gecti. Deniz beye de samimiyeti icin tekrar tesekkurler:)

The rooms are very small, the breakfast is terrible, customer satisfaction is not important for the room service and reception, in short I can say it is the worst in Alaçatı. Also, our request to check out 3 hours late due to flight delays was not accepted even though the hotel was available.

Çeşme’de konaklamak için tercih ettiğimiz The Abc Hotel’de maalesef çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadık. Giriş saati olarak belirtilen 14.00’te oteldeydik. Ancak akşam 21.00 olmasına rağmen odamızda tadilat devam ediyordu. Banyo camı, kapısı ve balkon kapısı tamir edilmeye çalışılıyordu. Uzun bir yolculuğun ardından odamıza geçip dinlenememek son derece yıpratıcı oldu. Saatler ilerlemesine rağmen (gece 23.00’e kadar) oda hâlâ hazır değildi. Daha da kötüsü, otel yönetiminin bize sunabileceği başka bir oda da yoktu. “Üzgünüz” demeleri güzel bir niyet gibi görünse de, pratikte hiçbir çözüm üretmediler. Sonuç olarak biz, rezervasyon yaptırdığımız halde ortada odasız ve otelsiz kalmış olduk. Gece geç saatte şans eseri başka bir otel bulmak zorunda kaldık. Bu kadar yüksek puanlı yorumları görünce güvenmiştik, ama yaşadıklarımız tamamen hayal kırıklığıydı. Hiçbir misafirin böyle bir mağduriyet yaşaması kabul edilemez. The Abc Hotel yönetiminin bu konuyu ciddiye alıp hizmet kalitesini ve sorumluluk bilincini gözden geçirmesini umuyorum.

Ağustos ayında iki kişi olarak konakladığımız bu otelde her şeyden inanılmaz memnun kaldık. Personelin güler yüzü, saat kaç olursa olsun yüksek ilgi ve alakası bizi evimizde gibi hissettirdi. Odaların hijyeni çok iyiydi. Otel konum olarak merkezi ve sakindi. Çarşıya birkaç dakika içinde yürümek mümkündü. Köpek kabul ediliyor olması bizim burayı tercih etmemizdeki asıl sebep olsa da artık her geldiğimizde burada konaklayacağımıza eminim.
