ÇILDIRMAK GARANTİLİ TESİS, Tesise 12 Temmuzda eşimle giriş yaptım.Önce extra yatak talebimle ilgili aldığım cevaplar sonucu vazgeçip anahtarımı verin biz çıkalım diyerek olaylar başlamış oldu.Tv kablosu çıkmış olsaki çalışmıyordu, 2 gece kaldık hala yapılacak.Oda temizliğine gelenler dahil, telefonla resepsiyona, sonra bizzat giderek resepsiyona söylediğim halde yapılacak. Yemek yiyelim dedik,arabayla sıcakta Alaçatı'ya inmektense dedim burası 5 yıldız tesi yemekleri güzel olur düşüncesiyle.Odaya girişte verdikleri kağıtta kişi başı 500 Tl yazdıkları yemek ücreti sonrasında gelen adisyonda 750.- Tl'ye çıktı.Nedir bu vs dedik sonra 600Tl yaptı orada çalışan garson arkadaş, resepsiyonda otelin müdürünü görünce öyle birşey var siz ne diyorsunuz deyince ' A!! o eski fiyat tamam o fiyattan yapalım dedi ama yoluna devam ederek.Çıkarken değişiklik falan yapılmamış 600Tl ödeyip çıktık.Çıkana kadar o kadar garip olayla karşılaşınca boşver lanet olsun diyerek ödeyip çıktım.( bu arada 3 kişi yemek yedik) Yemeklerin kalitesini,lezzetini yazıp kafa karıştırmak doğru olmaz ancak 5 yıldız otel kalitesinin çok altında olduğu kesin. Verdikleri harcama kartı hiçbir yerde çalışmadı, sisteme baktıklarında ise bu oda sizin adınıza görünmüyor diye bilgi verdiler.İmza atıp durduk.Hadi bismillah. Odaya 1 gece için gelen extra yatağı ertesi gün alabilirsiniz deyince resepsiyon siz 15'inde girmişsiniz 18'ine kadar kalıyorsunuz değil mi deyince ' Kardeş, bak bugün 15'i, ben karşındayım, dün gece bu otelde kaldım nasıl bugün giriş görünüyorum ' sorusunun cevabını hala arıyorlar sanırım..... Elimdeki voucher 'da zaten çıkış tarihi 17 yazarken, buna göre odayı vermişken garip bir şekilde bu soruyla karşılaştım. Masaj rezervasyonu yaptık, medikal masaj da çok iyi bir masorleri varmış, tamam dedik.Ertesi gün gittiğimizde o arkadaş haber vermeden ayrıldı size ben yaparım diyen bir görevli( pardon Müdüre hanım)'la karşılaştık. Bir gün önce kendisinin ingitere'de işletme okuduğunu söyleyen hanım ertesi gün medikal masaj uzmanı olmuştu.Dedim benim kolum bacağım sağlam kalsın, biz almayalım diyerek iptal ettik. Tesisin odaları çok çok iyi, dekorasyon ,kullanılan malzeme. Herşey kaliteli iyi para harcanmış. Sahil muhteşem ,sonuçta verdiğiniz oda ücreti ile herhangi bir beach kalitesinde bir sahilde denize giriyorsunuz. Bina muhteşem, gerçekten yerleşimi, konumu çok iyi. Ama sadece bina yetmiyor, yazık ediyorlar güzelim tesise.Alaçatı tıka basa doluyken bu tesisin yarısının boş olması yazık. Çalışanlar çok genç, çok iyi niyetli ama o insanlara biraz eğitim verin ne olur....Daha mesleklerinin başında bezdirmeyin. Resepsiyonun önünde sürekli birileri şikayet edip çocuklara laf ediyor. Kime ne sorsanız bi sorayım bilgi veririm diyor. Gidip kalacak olanlara sabırlar dilerim...

As someone who has vacationed in the most luxurious hotels in Marmaris, Bodrum, Didim, Antalya, Kuşadası many times, I was shocked. HOW CAN YOU OFFER NUGGETS, FRENCH FRIES AND ONION RINGS AS SNACKS TO PEOPLE???? DO YOU HAVE NO ASHAME? DOES IT APPROACH THIS BEAUTIFUL HOTEL TO ITS LOCATION AND THAT PERFECT SEA? BELIEVE ME, I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I SAW THOSE FOOD. THE TOWELS WERE COVERED IN FILTHY AND MY WIFE AND I PAY ATTENTION TO THE DRY TOOMS, THE TOWEL BOY FOLDS THEM AND GIVES THEM BACK TO NEW ARRIVALS!! IT'S LIKE A JOKE. WE LEFT STARVING HAVING PAID 9 THOUSAND FOR THE BEACHE, THE SERVICE IS ZERO. ALSO THE BEACH UMBRELLAS ARE BROKEN AND DAMAGED, THE SUNBEDS ARE WOODEN AND FILTH. DO NOT GO. THIS HOTEL MUST CHANGE HANDS URGENTLY IMMEDIATELY!!!

The whole animation team was very good (especially Emre Can, Kadir Can and Onur Bey) but it's too bad that this place doesn't accept dogs. Drinks, food, rooms etc. were very good.
