The location is really dramatic, set within huge stones. It is not too far from the Winter Park or the old town. That said, you do need a car to get around in Al Ula.
The room is spacious, clean, well designed and tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic, with lovely views.
Budget rental cars has an office on the premises. In peak season, the hop on hop off bus stops here too.
The onsite restaurant serves nice breakfast and has a buffet dinner at night as well as a la carte. Since it is a resort, the charges tend to be on the pricey side.
I had a very relaxing time there and would highly recommend it.

Overall, the facilities and the meals provided were great, but the female staff working at the reception had no service mind, so I thought they were the owner's daughters. Check-in was also very slow, and they didn't do it on a first-come-first-served basis. I went to the counter several times to ask, but they ended up giving the latecomers priority and checking us in, which was disappointing from the start.

The room was nice. We traveled in the off-season and booked the whole place. The swimming pool was very good. It was one of the few hotels in AlUla with large green plants.
