The service provided was excellent, facilities ok, the food was good, location is amazing, even if a bit far from Alula. All the staff is very professional and friendly. Special mention for the guys at Caravan reception, the 2 Mohammed. Amazing experience, once you leave, you want to go back.

The best experience in my life! Beautiful hotel, smth what you need to try at least once in your life! Recommend to spend two days. A lot of activities inside the hotel and amazing breakfasts!

Very satisfied, unexpected. The hotel has been completely upgraded. There are no RVs and all have been turned into small houses. The experience in the center of the canyon is full. The price-performance ratio is very high. When we came, breakfast was also free, which was a good deal~

We stayed there for one night, and there was dinner available until late at night. Breakfast was also available on order, which was healthier than white people.
