It's just a rural version of Banyan Tree. It's not worth the money. The mini bar is charged for such an expensive price. When I asked her if it wasn't free, she told me that nothing is free in this world. The room is very small. The bathroom is made of glass and you can see outside. There is no heating. The shower water is hot and cold. It's also cold when you get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I asked for a thick robe for the sound bath, but it was not delivered to me after several hours. I was so cold lying on the floor. There was no Arabic coffee for breakfast. You can only order two kinds, but each one is very large.

Am so glad I choose Cloud 7 Residence. I am a solo traveler to AlUla and I don't drive. Prior to my trip, i notice that quite a number of hotels/B&Bs do not offer meals and there are no restaurants nearby. Cloud & Residence has its own restaurant and therefore, it saves the trouble of looking for food. All staff there are very friendly and super helpful. Wifi works well. Hope I can visit again.
The environment is excellent, a very unique experience. The room is suitable for one person or a couple, not suitable for a family. All the hotel staff are very polite and enthusiastic, and the requests made can be responded to in a timely manner. In addition, the breakfast is great! The only problem is that you need to download what's up to contact the hotel service when checking in, but for some reason the phone cannot receive the verification SMS, but the hotel front desk provides a phone and a private number, so you can contact them at any time.

Excellent
GGuest UserI was a bit worried about staying at the hotel with no electricity, taking into account dark rooms and lack of heater, but my experience went above and beyond any expectations. It is perfectly located in one part of the old town, right in the middle of everything. The rooms were comfortable, picture perfect and warm (I arranged for a heater). Staff was kind, attentive and very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. I couldn't have wished for a better accommodation.
GGuest UserVery shocking. You must stay in AlUla for one night. You can take pictures right at the door of the room. Opposite is the concert hall. As for dining, it depends on personal preference. If you think the cost is high, it is more cost-effective to drive out to the ancient city to eat. There are more choices. The staff is also very warm and thoughtful. The public swimming pool cannot be used by people under 16 years old. Our child is 13 years old and there is no additional dining and accommodation fee. Breakfast is ordered. The toiletries are average. Except for the high room rate, everything else is still very good.
